Head Deflection (+0.12 / -0.00 ) Right Jamb Note: This is a top hung product. Provide adequate structure at head. Continuous threshold support is required. Left Jamb Head 4Lay bed of sealant at threshold ½ to exterior of inside frame point and under both jambs. 4Center and set frame in opening with temporary shims. 4Shim and level threshold as needed. 4Threshold must be level continuous shim required. 4Anchor threshold with #10 x 2-1/2 pph anchors. 4Anchor head with #10 x 2-1/2 pph anchors. 4Pump Sealant into holes prior to inserting screws to ensure penetration is sealed completely. Mounting At Jambs: 4Plumb and square jambs using shims as necessary. 4Pump sealant into jamb mounting holes to ensure penetration is sealed completely. 4Anchor jambs with #10 x 2-1/2 pfh anchors. 4Apply a full bead of quality sealant where jamb and threshold meet from exterior to interior. 4Secure with appropriate anchor screws. Note: Rough openings should be flashed with an appropriate moisture barrier in accordance with industry standards and/or building codes. Perimeter caulk door frame to moisture barrier after. Use sealant that is recommended by moisture barrier manufacturer. To begin: 4Check rough opening to verify that it is plumb, level and approximately ½ wider and ½ taller than the net frame size. 4 Check flashing. 4 Assemble frame and butter all joints with appropriate sealant to ensure the seal is complete. 4 Check main frame as necessary to fit required opening. 02/18/2014 pg2

Astragal At Passive Panel Door panels are labeled alphabetically from left to right Passive Panel With Inactive Flush Bolt/Lock 4Gather Door Panels. 4Check for orientation and swing direction. 4Check for panel positioning. Panel A Active Panel With Active lock and Handle 4Dry fit panels in frame for alignment. 4Thoroughly clean and lubricate frame head and t-hold. Panel B 4Separate door panels into appropriate pairs. 4Insert and hold open door panels at 90 degrees in main frame. 4Support panel weight with flat wedge or similar tool. 4Fit all pivots, floor guides, carriers, and butt hinges to panel stiles. Door panels are labeled alphabetically from left to right Left Panel Jamb: 3/8 gap between panel and jamb. Right Panel Jamb: 3/8 gap between panel and jamb. Panel A Panel B 4Install Panels from left to right. 4Attach all panels to hardware and close panels. Panel C 4Position and adjust panels from top to bottom between head and t-hold for even split. 4 Position and adjust total panel widths from jamb to jamb. 4Re-align and re-adjust panels as necessary for plumb. 4Open door panels and adjust pivots and carrier hardware as necessary. 4Test operate all door panels. 4For uneven gaps, adjust door panels as necessary. 4Fine tune and adjust until doors operate smoothly, and gaps are even and acceptable. 4Apply magnetic door holds to appropriate panels as required. 4Screw apply pivot caps into place, Refer back to page 5 to identify the pivot cap for both top and bottom locations.
