Salem County Fairgrounds is located in the rolling farmland of Salem County and is located just 6 six miles from the Delaware Memorial Bridge and ½ Mile from Cowtown Flea. Inside and outside spaces are available. You may sign up for all three days or just one. Tell your friends and plan to attend. One hundred dollars will be awarded to the best created scarecrow by craftsmen. This is a pet friendly event and wine sampling for consumers is also available. Post the event your websites, facebook and other social Medias. See you when the pumpkins turn orange in the fields. SJ PUMPKIN SHOW 2014 CRAFTSMEN APPLICATION Page 4 Rules and Conditions for the South Jersey Pumpkin Show 2014 : South Jersey Pumpkin Show is looking for handcrafted items, like artwork, crafts that appear handmade, photography, paintings, baskets, glasswork, metal and wrought iron, ceramics, wood furniture, wood working, Fall and Christmas themed, jewelry, cross stitch, floral, quilts etc. Sand art, novelties, temporary tattoos, sandy candy, airbrush must call Kathy Wright for approval and pricing. These items will be limited. Hours for setup: Fri. Oct 10, 10am to 4pm, Saturday and Sunday: 6:30am to 9:15am. Drive up to unloading area. Move vehicles to parking area then setup booth. You must stay inside your booth space. You cannot block the view of the person next to you. Do not block walkways or aisles. No packing out early. Outside Crafters, you can bring a canopy for cover. Booth Spaces in buildings and awnings are big enough for you to use a canopy inside your space/spaces. You must provide your own help with setup and tables. Space assignment will be at check in. You will be notified by mail or email of your acceptance to the festival. Booth Assignment, Booth Spaces will be assigned as applications arrive our office. Booth space assignment number will be given to you at check in. Sign up early to guarantee to get the space you want. No space/spaces held without a deposit. See payment sheet to pay by credit cards. No smoking inside buildings. No loud music, no open flames in any of the buildings or outside. Show management has the right to move or remove a vendor of the betterment of the festival. Payment in full is required with application. No refunds or show credits available. Event runs rain or shine. No subletting. Weather conditions are posted www.sjpumpkinshow.com Table provided with space inside Building B & C, No table or chairs provided for open sided pole barns or outside spaces. No electric for outside one day craftsmen. Security will present at all time. Large flush bathrooms and portable units will be provided. No beverages of any kind permitted for sale from your booth. Vendor agrees to unpack vehicles first, move vehicles to vendor parking, and then setup display. Vendor agrees not to share booth with other vendors. B & K Enterprise/South Jersey Pumpkin Show organizers and owners, and its agents, officers, or employees shall not be held liable for property damage or personal injury to any exhibitors, its agents or employees, which may occur on or about any party of the subject premises, regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. Exhibitors waives any claim against B & K Enterprise, South Jersey Pumpkin Show organizers, staffing, The Salem County Fair Association, and vendor assumes all liability for loss or damage to Exhibitor s property entrusted to the premises of the Salem County Fairgrounds, 735 Harding Hwy, Woodstown NJ on or about October 10 to October 12, 2014. Exhibitor shall hold B & K Enterprises, Kathy Wright & Leslie P. Wright, Jr. Harmless and shall indemnify claim or injury or damage to any person or together with all cost in connections with defense thereto, including attorney s fees. Exhibitors participate in the festival at their own risk. Prize Money Awarded: Best Fall Themed Booth & Best Handcrafted Scarecrow will be awarded $100.00 on Sunday at 4:00pm
