Flaps can be coated abrasives, nonwoven abrasives or interleaved coated & nonwoven. KWF are suitable for working on metal and wood surfaces; they can be mounted on every tool thanks to the keyed core. KWF are excellent for all professional and industrial applications, allowing high quality finishing without modifying the structure of the workpiece. The abrasive grain wears down gradually, continually exposing a fresh layer of grit, ensuring consistent finishing. The structure of KWF eliminates the problem of clogging and does not require the use of sanding compounds. FLAP WHEELS Thanks to the high quality production technologies and raw materials, our Flap Wheel range is ideal to achieve the best finish on various surfaces and materials. The application ensures a high quality satin finish both on metal and plastic, coatings and composites, with a consistent cut removal and finish. Flap wheels are available in both nonwoven and coated abrasives. FLAP ROLLS The integrated production of large flap brushes is a key element to offer a complete product and service range for satinising and finishing of stainless steel. We manufacture flap brushes up to a maximum diameter of 450 mm and maximum length 1650 mm in various grits and densities. To achieve the best finishing with flap brushes longer than 500/600 mm we advise our dynamic balancing service. Dynamic balancing New service to improve flap brushes quality and consistency of finish. Useful for application in stainless steel service centres. We release a warranty certificate for every balanced flap brush documenting the balancing process and final result.
