STEP 1 Cut and paste the following website address into your URL : https://doterra.myvoffice.com/ A box should pop up like the one below. You should have received an email from dōterra when you first signed up, giving you your login details. If you didn t, please contact us and we will get that info to you asap : lifeandinsights@gmail.com Enter your dōterra ID as shown on your welcome email Enter your password as shown on your welcome email NB - Ignore the First Time here? box. This is for people who haven t yet enrolled and have somehow found themselves on this page.
Once you log in, you will instantly be taken to this SHOP screen as the default landing page. If a pop up box appears for the first time asking you what you want to do, just exit out of it (click the little cross top right hand corner) Ensure that the SELECT A LANGUAGE BOX (top right corner) is set to ENGLISH- AUSTRALIA There are two ways to order your products; 1. A standard order 2. Order through LRP (Loyalty Rewards Program) which gives you even more discounts plus points every time you order (and ship) to be redeemed for free oils. More about this in the next section.
STEP 2 Making a STANDARD ORDER 2.1 Decide which products you want by exploring the shop tab menu items. 2.2 Each product will have an ADD TO CART option. Just click that button and a Cart will automatically be created for you. When you ve finished adding products to your cart, Click the REVIEW CART button and this will take you to your order page. 2.3 Your Cart will pop up and confirm your order. Make sure your delivery address is accurate. If you are using points to buy your products, make sure you confirm that in the box under the USE POINTS? Section. If you are using you re A/R balance (this is your commission if you are signing people up yourself) then check that box Before you click the Continue button, make sure you click the VIEW TOTALS button on the right side. The screen will refresh and you will see exactly how much everything is going to cost you before proceeding. Make sure your credit card details have registered with the site and keep an eye out for little red messages like the one above. Fix it, and move on!
Making a STANDARD ORDER 2.4 Double check your details then click PROCESS ORDER NOW. And your done! You ll be taken to a pop up box that confirms your order, and a receipt will be emailed to you. Delivery times in NZ range from 2-4 days usually. If you place your order using this STANDARD ORDER method, you will get 50% of your shipping fees back in points. But if you want to keep or redeem your points for future free ordering, you will need to set up an LRP More information and step by step instructions for doing this is on the next page! STEP 3 Setting up and ordering via your LRP The doterra Loyalty Rewards Program provides FREE product credit points for monthly purchases made on the program. You will immediately begin to earn points that can be used as cash to purchase doterra products. The longer you participate, the more points you will earn up to 30%! No pressure, cancel or adjust anytime. But as long as you have an LRP set up and are ordering anything (might just be a chapstick!) once a month, you will be eligible to keep and redeem your points. If you order over 50PV worth, your points will increase up to 30% back. That s a lot of free oils worth! 1. Log in as you usually would. On your right side you will see the LRP tile. 2. Make sure your first LRP is set up from NZ (not the US although you can set up one for the US as well if you like) 3. Click the Create New LRP Order button.
Setting up and ordering via your LRP 4. A date tile will pop up. Make sure the LRP is set to ship out of the country. Choose a date you would like to have your order auto-shipped. You can change this date at any time by clicking on your LRP and editing the date. Hint: Always try to set your LRP between the 1st-15th of every month. This way if you order over 125PV, you will qualify for the Free Product of the Month (POM). 5. When you ve chosen your date, click the Next add products to your Cart button. This will take you back to your SHOP page in the back office. 6. As with the Standard order, go and check out the shop menu and choose which oils you would like to add to your LRP. Remember, you can change these oils in your LRP cart any time you like.
Setting up and ordering via your LRP 7. When you view your cart it will look like this. When you ve finished adding to your LRP order click the SAVE CHANGES button. If you want to ship your LRP early (like right now!) click the Continue button and it will give you the option of processing your order now. As with the Standard Order, you can use your Points or A/R balance for your LRP. Because you re ordering on LRP, you will get 100% of your shipping costs back in points. That s 10 free points every time you process an order! FYI you cannot save an order for a future shipping date if you are a) using your points and b) you have chosen a LTO (limited time offer). The system will ask you to process the order now If your order is under 50 or 100 PV, you will get a little yellow box prompt asking if your sure. If you are sure, just click that button! 8. Once your order has been saved you will return to your home screen and see your LRP set up within the LRP box. Now all you have to do is sit back and relax.
