ABOUT US Katy Sue Designs Ltd is small family owned business with a big global reach. The Company was started by Susan Balfour and her mother, Doreen Thompson, in the 1990s as a designer and manufacturer of porcelain dolls for the miniature doll market. In 2004 Katy Sue Designs ltd was formed, and it was responsible for bringing Flower Soft to the world of Papercraft. In 2008, the company incorporated its own Distribution Company in the USA. Today the company designs, manufactures and distributes a range of imaginative craft and cake decorating products, all of which are noted for their stunning unique designs and quality. The company distributes world-wide, including Japan, Australia, Far East, Middle East, Africa, North America, South America, Russia and Europe.
