It comes with a single stage isolator integrated inside. The laser diode is designed for use in Wireless(CDMA, WCDMA, WiBRO) fiber-optic repeaters and An alog Transmission over single mode fiber, can operate in temperatures of -30 to +85. The laser diode module photodiode in the rear, which ensures highly stable emission at a wavelength o f 1310nm, 1470nm ~ 1610nm. Absolute Maximum Ratings (T ld =25 ) Stresses in excess of the absolute maximum ratings can cause damage to optical device. Operations of the optical device are suggested to remain within the recommended operating conditions. Exposure to the absolute maximum ratings for extended periods can adversely affect device reliability. Limited Warranty DANGER INVISIBLE LASER RADIATION AVOID DIRECT EXPOSURE TO BEAM MAXIMUM OUTPUT POWER 250mW WAVELENGTH 960 to 1680nm CLASS Ⅲb LASER PRODUCT PANOPTICS warrants the LD modules against defects in parts and workmanship for one full year after the delivery. This warranty shall be invalid by any abuse, misuse, misapplication or improper installation of the product. 6
