Components Upon unpacking your sideboard from it s delivery box, you should have the separate pieces shown below. Follow the steps on the next pages to assemble your new sideboard. Hardware You will need
Step 1 Ax6 Starting with the body of the sideboard, take each side/inner wall and insert a dowel (A) into each of the inner holes along the bottom and a cam screw (B) into the outer holes. Align the each wall to their corresponding place along the base and firmly press together. Insert a cam lock (C) on the inside of the sideboard as shown in the diagram. Place a plastic cap (W) to cover the cam locks (C). B Bx6 C W Cx6 A Wx6 Step 2 Grab the back walls and slide them into place.
Step 3 Ax6 Insert a dowel (A) into each of the inner holes along the top of each side/inner wall and a cam screw (B) in the outer holes. Align the top panel so that all the parts align to the corresponding holes and firmly press into place. Insert a cam lock (C) into the holes on the inside of the sideboard as shown. Cover each of the cam locks (C) with a plastic cap (W). B Bx6 C W A Cx6 Wx6 Step 4 S x12 Align one leg frame to the corresponding holes then fit a washer (T) to a bolt (S) and screw into place. Repeat for the remaining screws for that leg frame, then repeat for the other leg frame. T S T x12
Step 5 Lift the sideboard and firmly place on a level surface. Step 6 Insert laminates nails (H) in the holes inside the sideboard and screw tightly into place. Hx4 H
Step 7 Insert a fixed laminates nail (I) in each of the holes in the shelving and then insert each shelf into the left compartment of the sideboard. Ix4 I Step 8 Align the track (O) to the corresponding holes and fix into place with the screws (L & J). Repeat for the other tracks (O). Jx6 L x 18 O Ox3 L J
Step 9 Mx8 Place a stopper (N) along the side of the back of the sideboard as shown in the diagram and follow it with a screw (M) to secure it in place. N Nx8 M Step 10 J x 18 Px3 On the inner side of the draw walls, align track (P) and fit into place with screws (J). Repeat for all draw walls. J P
Step 11 K x12 Step 12 Dx3 Align the side walls of the draw to the back wall and fit together tightly with screws (K). Repeat for the remaining draws. K Slide the base of the draw into place by fitting it into the grooves in the walls of the draw. Insert a dowel (F) into the outer two holes of the support panel and a cam screw (D) in the middle hole. Firmly press it into place along the bottom of the draw. Insert a cam lock (E) in the corresponding hole followed by a plastic cap (W). Repeat for the other two draws. Ex3 Fx6 E Wx3 W D F
Step 13 Insert cam screw (D) into the holes on the sides of the front panel of the draw and one in the bottom center. Place dowels (F) in the remaining two holes along the bottom of the panel. Align to the draw and firmly press together. Insert a cam lock (E) in the hole in the support panel underneath as well as two in the in each side of the draw followed by a plastic cap (W). D x 15 E x 15 Fx6 W x 15 F E D W Step 14 Align the handle (U) to the corresponding holes and use screws (V) to fix into place. Insert the draws to their corresponding slots. Ux3 Vx6 V U
Step 15 Separate the hinge (Q) by sliding the two halves out from one another and with the smaller part, attach to the inner wall of the sideboard as shown in the diagram (by screwing it into place). Qx2 With the other half of the hinge (Q) align it to the corresponding holes on the door and screw into place.
Step 16 Qx2 Ux1 Vx2 U V Q With another person holding the door, slide the hinges (Q) back together. Insert the screws and tighten. Align the handle (U) to the corresponding holes and use screws (V) to fix into place.
Step 17 Step 18 Place the sideboard in your beautiful home and enjoy! The following steps are to instruct how to remove the door if needed. Have a second person supporting the door during the removal process. Using a phillips head screwdriver remove the screws from the hinge holding the two halves together. Slide the half attached to the door out to remove from the body of the unit.
Step 19 The followig steps are to instruct how to adjust the hinges if needed. 19.1 Lateral adjustment by screw adjustment. 19.2 Front-to-Back adjustment by slackening and retightening the hinge-arm mounting screw. 19.3 Vertical adjustment via slots on mounting plate by slackening and retightening the screws on the mounting plate.
