Tools Required Hex Open End Wrenches: 8 mm, 10 mm, 13 mm, and 18 mm (not included) Phillips screwdriver (not included) Electric screwdriver may be helpful. CAUTION: You must set at LOW TORQUE and use extreme caution because you could overtighten the hardware, strip the screws, or damage the table. Rubber mallet or hammer (not included) Precautions to Prevent Personal Injury and Damage Indoor only tables will not withstand outdoor conditions. If using the table outdoors, move it indoors as soon as possible. Be alert for surface changes when moving the table. Cracks and changes in the slope may cause the table to tip over. The table is not designed for supporting heavy loads. Do not place heavy items on the table. Collapse of the support structure is possible. Do not sit or stand on the top of the table. When using the table all the support legs and wheels must be in contact with the floor. Failure to properly support the table may damage the frame and table top. Opening or closing the table presents a risk for pinching. Keep all children away and alert adults when moving the table top up or down. Liquids left on the playing surface for extended peroids will damage the table top. Wipe up any spills immediately. For Outdoor Tables Strong winds may move or tip the table over. Take precautions as needed to prevent damage or injury. Do not leave balls or paddles outside. They will likely be damaged by outdoor conditions. 7 1-800-225-7593
Assembly Tips Make sure you understand the following before you begin to assemble your table tennis. 1. READ THIS MANUAL all the way through before beginning assembly. 2. When installing parts that have more than one bolt, start ALL bolts in that part by hand before tightening anything. 3. Some drawings or images in this manual may not look exactly like your product.. You will need a second adult to assist with this assembly. Note: Save all packing materials until the parts have been inspected and the table is assembled. Unpack the Pieces Lay the box on a flat surface (floor). You may want this near your area of assembly. Unpack the boxes and part bags. Inspect and count the parts. The Parts Identifier page can be used to record your results. If any parts are damaged or missing contact GLD customer service. Missing fasteners may be purchased at a hardware store using the descriptions on the Parts Identifier page(s). Paddles and balls not included. 8 1-800-225-7593

Place a washer (#2) onto the bolt and secure the assembly with a washer head nut (#20). The caster support must rotate smoothly.. Locate two wheels (#8) and insert a bolt (#16) thru a wheel, the caster support and the second wheel. 5. Use a locking nut (#21) to secure the wheels. Tighten the locking nut and be certain the wheels roll smoothly. 6. Repeat numbers 2 thru 5 on the second wheel assembly. 7. Locate the parts for the second wheel and support assembly. Follow numbers 1 thru 6. 21 8 1 8 7 16 2 5 20 9 1-800-225-7593
STEP 2 - ASSEMBLE SIDE SUPPORTS AND CENTER BRACKET 1. Locate the two side supports (#9), the center bracket (#6) and the paddle holder (#10). 2. Position one of the side supports (#9) so the smooth side will face away from the wheel assembly. 3. Insert two screws (#15) thru the side support and into the caster support.. Hold the screws in position and place one end of the center bracket (#6) over the screws. 5. Use a washer (#25) and a locking nut (#21) to secure the three pieces. 6. Repeat numbers 2 thru 5 on the other end of the center bracket. 7. On one end of the assembly, position the paddle holder (#10). Insert two screws (#30) thru a washer (#28) and the holder. STEP 3 - ATTACH LEGS TO TABLE TOP The two table tops (#1) are the same. Lay the first one down on a flat surface with the underside facing up. 1. Locate two of the leg stabilizers (#). 2. From the outside of the table, insert a bolt (#19) with a washer (#29) thru the support rail (see detail B). 3. Place a spacer (#26) onto the bolt.. Position the leg stabilizer (#) over the bolt. 5. Repeat numbers 2 thru 5 on a second leg stabilizer (#). 7. Insert a bolt (#32) with a washer (#29) thru the holes at the end of one of the legs (#2) (see detail C). The legs (#2) have a rubber bumper pre-installed on the leg. The bumper must face to the center of the table. This will keep the legs in position so the table opens smoothly. 8. Place a spacer (#26) over the bolt. Insert the bolt thru the inside support from the outside edge inward. 9. Use a washer (#29) and a nut (#22) to secure the leg. The leg should be able to rotate on the bolt. C 2 29 26 32 Bumper must face to center. 29 22 B 26 29 22 19 29 11 1-800-225-7593

CAUTION: The preassembled legs must be installed with the shorter distance, Y, between the center hole and the free end of the leg. The distance X, between the center hole and the other end of the leg, is longer. If the leg is not installed correctly, remove the leg from the table top. Move the plastic end piece to the other end, and re-attach the correct leg end to the table top. 15.To attach the preassembled leg to the leg link, use a bolt (#19) and washer (#29) inserted thru the leg. Place a spacer (#26) over the bolt (see detail E). 16.Place the end of the leg link over the bolt. Secure it with a washer (#29) and a nut (#22). 17.Repeat numbers 10 thru 16 for the other side of the table. NOTE: The legs should move smoothly. Adjust the tightness of the nuts and bolts as needed. One table top is now completely assembled. Position the second table top and follow numbers 1 thru 17. 2 D 29 29 26 22 18 29 3 This leg is preassembled to table top.
