AC voltage range is 0-300 V, DC voltage range is 0-425 V. Automatic switch of ranges The output power has two voltage ranges (150 V / 300 V). The maximum current is in the low voltage range. USB / LAN or GPIB interface (optional) LabView driver (optional) Measurement function 4-digit vacuum fluorescent display for measured values. 4 values will be displayed simultaneously as follows: U eff, I eff, Ipk, P, S, PF Phase-shift power-on The output voltage switches on in a range of phase angle between 1-360. 1-phase AC power source ACS 3000-PS 2
Operation and control software ACS control: Output relais The output relais isolates the output voltage from the output sockets. Before shutdown the output voltage is reduced to 0 V. That s why inductive loads do not produce high voltage peaks during shutdown. When turning on, the voltage will increase to the voltage value set. Before, the relais will connect the output. Capacitive loads do not generate high short-circuit currents. The switching on will be done either manually by control command of the PC or by an external switching contact. Current limit or shutdown Selectively the output current will be limited or turned off. The input range is between 0 and the maximum current of the source. When exceeding the current limit the source keeps the value constant after a short delay. To protect sensitive loads a current limit will be set. When exceeding the limit in this mode, the source cuts off the current with a maximum speed of 200 ms. Load recovery (optional) Load unit for recovery of the AC and DC power from 400 4600 VA. 2-phase and 3-phase operation Through retrofitting or installation of the 3-phase oscillator (option 3P) in existing 1-phase AC power sources the instrument will be extended to 2-phase or 3-phase systems. The extension devices (slaves) have no operating panel and display. Adjustable output power To limit the output power is another outstanding feature of this series. High voltage output With option HV the output voltage will be extended to 500 V AC, with option XHV even to 700 V AC. The output current is reduced by 40 % respectively 50 %. Input of the parameters U, I (current limit) and f Remote control of output relais Test editor programmable with SCPI commands.the setting and measuring values are displayed and stored as a table in CSV format. Sequence editor for generating test tables for test sequences with 50 test points per sequence (voltage ramps, voltage drops, etc.). Up to 20 sequences will be stored within the instrument. Each sequence can be started independently (option SEQ necessary). Built-in memory for test sequences (option SEQ) - 50 test points - 20 sequences - 10 ms < t < 100 s per test point - Burst function Linear increase of voltage amplitude 3
