Cut out book as one piece and fold on dotted line so cover is on top. Cut out all pages of book on solid lines. Stack left side pages, and stack right side pages. Pages will be stapled inside book onto back page, on both the right and left sides. Print out on card stock. Color and decorate birthday cake. Use the number of candles for how old the child is. Suggest printing/writing that number on the front of cake. (if 6 years old make a large 6 on front of cake and color and add 6 candles.)
