oliday Traditions Quilt 2 Page 2 Sewing nstructions 1. Place (1) 2 ½ abric square on the top left corner of (1) 4 ½ abric square, right sides together (ig. 1). Sew across the diagonal of the smaller square from the upper right corner to the lower left corner (ig. 1). lip open the triangle formed and press (ig. 2). Trim away the excess fabric from behind the triangle ¼ away from the sewn seam. 8. Sew (1) 2 x 32 ½ abric strip to each side of the enter lock. Sew (1) 2 x 31 ½ abric strip to the top and to the bottom of the enter lock. 9. Sew (1) 7 x 35 ½ abric strip to each side of the enter lock. Sew (1) 7 abric square to each end of (1) 7 x 31 ½ abric strip. Repeat to make a second strip. Sew the strips to the top and to the bottom of the enter lock. 10. Sew (12) blocks together. Repeat to make a second strip.
