Stand Application The stand area may be slightly adjusted by the organizer according to the actual circumstances. Participation Procedure Exhibitor shall fill in the Participation Application Form and submit it to the organizer for confirmation before August 21, 2009. After receiving the application form, the organizer shall confirm the application with the applicant. The organizer shall allocate and arrange the stands, and deliver the Notice of Stand Confirmation and the Service Guide for Exhibitors of the International Pavilion of the 106 th Session of China Import and Export Fair; Within 3 workdays after receiving the Notice of Stand Confirmation, the exhibitor shall pay to the account nominated by the organizer the total stand fees of the actual exhibition space; All account shall be settled after closure of the Exhibition and the balance shall then be paid to either side as the case may be. Declaration by the Exhibitor: We hereby agree that this Participation Application Form together with the Participation Provisions of International Pavilion of the 106 th Session of China Import and Export Fair, the Service Guide for Exhibitors of International Pavilion of the 106 th Session of China Import and Export Fair, and its supplements will serve as effective Participation Documents after the application form is approved by the organizer.
