Your aunt bought you a sweater for Christmas. You think the sweater is ugly but she is asking if you like it. You worked really hard to get a part in the Christmas play. Your friend didn t practice at all but got the part instead. You think this is unfair. Your mom asks to make a recipe you ve never heard of before for Christmas dinner. Every time you re with your friend, he brags about all the presents he gets for Christmas. You don t like being around him when he brags.
Your brother wants to borrow some money to buy Christmas presents. He usually doesn t pay it back. Your grandmother loves to bake. She invited you to come and help her. You think her baking is awful. She is asking you if you like her cookies. During break, your neighbor goes on vacation and asks you to shovel her driveway. You shovel it every day. However the day she returns, it snows and her driveway is full of snow. Your neighbor is angry. When you open your new ipod for Christmas, you discover that it has a cracked screen.
You want ham for Christmas dinner but your siblings are asking for turkey. You really want a Nintendo DS for Christmas but know your parents can t afford it. You are allergic to nuts. Your friend made cookies with nuts in them and really wants you to try one. You see a family in need of some warm clothes and food.
