Assembly: STEP 1: Start by loosening both of the Nylock Nuts attached to the Eye Bolts that holds the Blade Springs. Hold the Blade upright while unhooking the Blade Springs from the Eye Bolts and the Blade Swivel. After unhooking the Blade Springs, lay the Blade face down so it will not fall forward and cause damage to the plow or any bodily injury. Set the Blade Springs aside. Take the two Swivel Turn Stop Brackets. Place one of each Swivel Turn Stop Brackets on the outside of the Blade Swivel over the holes where the Blade Spring was previously removed. Using two 5/16 x 1-1/4 bolts, two 5/16 Flat Washers, and two 5/16 Nylock Nuts, secure the Swivel Turn Stop Bracket in place firmly.

Step 2: Locate the Blade Stops on the sides of the Blade Swivel. Unbolt both Blade Stops and set both of the Blade Stops, the 3/8 x 3/4 Bolts and the Nylock Nuts aside. Next take the Swivel Cross Member and lay it across the front of the Blade Swivel. Use two of the 3/8 x 1-1/4 bolts provided in the hardware bag and the 3/8 Nylock Nuts that were previously used with the Blade Stops to firmly secure the Blade Stops back in their original location as well as the Swivel Cross Member.

Step 3: Unhook the Handle Spring from the Angle Adjustment Handle. Leave the Handle Spring attached to the bolt holding it in place. Remove the Master Link Clip and Side Plate from the top of the Master Link. Now remove the 1/4 Nylock Nut and Flat Washer that hold the Handle onto the Blade Position Pin Assembly Base Plate. Slide the Handle off of the 1/4 Bolt and replace with the new Angle Adjustment Handle provided with the kit. Make sure that the Master Link and the 1/4 bolt go through the new Handle. Secure the new Handle in place with the 1/4 Flat Washer and Nylock Nut that held the original Handle. Hook the Handle Spring to the new Handle as well as placing the Side Plate and the Master Link Clip to their original positions. Check to make sure the Handle still operates properly. Remove Plastic Cap off old Handle and Place it on the new Handle with the other Plastic Cap provided with the Hardware..

Step 4: Place the Bell Crank in between the Support Strap and the Mounting Tab in the middle of the Push Tube. Slide a Plastic Spacer in between the Bell Crank, Support Strap and the Mounting Tab. Insert a 5/16 x1-1/4 Carriage Bolt through the inside of the Bell Crank out through the Plastic Spacer and the Support Strap or Mounting Tab. Put a 3/8 x1/2 Bushing on each bolt and through the Support Strap and or the Mounting Tab until it contacts the Plastic Spacer. Secure in place with a 5/16 Nylock Nut. The Nylock Nuts should be tight enough to allow the Bell Crank to swing back and forth easily.

Step 5: Remove the bolts that hold the Quick Latches and springs. Set the Bolts, Springs and Quick Latches aside. Hold the Pulley Bracket in between the ears of the Push Tube. Insert the two of the 5/16 x3/4 Bolts through the Ears and into the holes of the Pulley Bracket on each side as shown below. Secure each Bolt with a 5/16 Nylock Nut. Leave theses bolts snug but not tight at this time. Replace the Quick Latches and Springs back to each Ear.

Step 6: Hold the Rear Square Handle Mount Assembly up to the Push Tube Ears as shown below. The two tabs should be on the outside of the Ears. Place a 5/16 Flat Washer and a 3/8 x1/2 Bushing on a pair of 5/16 x1-1/4 bolts. Insert these bolts through the Tabs on the Rear Square Handle Mount, the Ears and the Pulley Bracket. Secure in place with a 5/16 Flat Washer and Nylock Nut. Tighten these Bolts as well as the 5/16 x 3/4 Bolts placed on the Pulley Bracket in Step 5.

Step 7: Make sure the Snow Plow is in the straight position. Then take all four of the 3/8 Rod Ends and tread a 3/8-24 Jam Nut on to each Rod End. Next thread the Rod Ends into each ends of the Short Turn Rod and the Long Turn Rod. Thread the Rod Ends into the Long Turn Rod so the center of the bolt holes in the Rod Ends are 38-1/2 apart from each other. Next take one of the 3/8 x1-1/4 Carriage Bolts and insert it down through the middle of the outer square holes on the Bell Crank. Place two 3/8 Flat Washers on the Bolt, followed by the Rod End on the longest straight section of the Long Turn Rod. Secure with a 3/8 Nylock Nut. Insert the Last 3/8 x1-1/4 Carriage Bolts up and through the square hole in the Swivel Cross Member. Place two 3/8 Flat washers and the Rod End on the Bolt. Secure in Place with a 3/8 Nylock Nut. The Bell Crank should be angle slightly forward towards the Blade after the Long Turn Rod is installed.

Step 8: Take the 3/8 x1-3/4 Bolt, place a 3/8 Flat Washer on the Bolt. Start it into the center tab on the Rear Square Pivot Rod, then a 3/8 Flat Washer on each side of the Rod End s Ball Joint at one end of the Short Turn Rod, another Flat Washer and the other tab on the Rear Square Pivot Rod. Place a 3/8 Flat Washer on the end of the Bolt and secure in place with a 3/8 Nylock Nut. Insert one of the 3/8 x1-1/4 Carriage Bolts up and through the middle square hole of the middle holes in the Bell Crank as shown below. Place two 3/8 Flat Washers on the Bolt, followed by the other Rod End on the Short Turn Rod. Secure in Place with a 3/8 Nylock Nut.

Step 9: Locate the Pulley, 5/16 x 2-1/2 Bolt, 5/16 Flat Washer, a 5/16 Nylock Nut, two 1/2 Flat Washers, the Pulley Spacer Tube (shown in Black) and the Pulley Bushing (shown in Red). Take the Pulley Spacer Tube and slide on the Tube; a 1/2 Flat Washer, the Pulley Bushing, the Pulley and the last 1/2 Washer. Next place this stack of parts in between the tabs on the Pulley Bracket. If needed, the tabs may need to be slightly bent open to allow the stack of parts to slide in between the tabs. Align the stack of parts with the holes in the tabs. Place the 5/6 Flat Washer on the 5/6 x 2-1/2 Bolt. Insert the Bolt through the tabs and the stack of parts. Secure the Bolt with the 5/16 Nylock Nut. Check the Pulley to see if it spins around the Pulley Spacer Tube.

Step 10: Take the Master Link and insert one pin of the Master Link through the hole in the side of the Angle Adjustment Handle. Locate the loop at one end of the Cable and place the loop over the opposite pin on the Master Link. Slide the Master Link Side Piece into the Master like and Clip it in place with the Master Link Clip as shown below. Now take the loose end of the Cable, feed it around the Pulley towards the Handle Riser Assembly.

Note: Before starting this step, skip down to attaching to ATV. Continue this step after the Push Tube is mounted to the ATV. Step 11: Slide the Handle Riser Assembly up and through the opening of the Handle Pivot Assembly with the tab welded to the bottom of the Handle Riser Assembly pointing towards the front of the Push Tube. Insert a 5/16 x 2-1/4 Bolt with a 5/16 Flat Washer through the Handle Pivot Assembly and then through the lowest hole on the Handle Riser Assembly. Secure with a 5/16 Flat Washer and Nylock Nut. Check that the Handle Riser and Pivot are loose enough to move. Start two 5/16 x 3/4 Bolts into the two Weld Nuts at the end of the Handle Pivot Assembly. Slide the end of the Rear Square Handle Mount into the end of the Handle Pivot Assembly until it is about an inch or two away from the Foot Board on the ATV. Retighten the 5/16 x 3/4 Bolts. Tighten the Bolts when in position. Note: The Handle Riser Assembly should lean forward slightly when the Snow Plow is lowered to the ground.

Step 12: Insert the 1/4 x 2 Bolt through the second hole in from the edge of the Handle Pivot Assembly as shown below. Secure with a 1/4 Nylock Nut. Do not over tighten and pinch the Handle Riser inside the Handle Pivot. Take the 1/4 x 4 Eye Bolt and insert it into the tab at the Bottom of the Handle Riser Assembly. Start a 1/4 Nylock Nut on the end of the Eye Bolt. Loop the loose end of the Cable through the Eye Bolt and back onto its self. Pull the extra slack out of the Cable and retighten the Cable Clamp. Check to be sure the Cable is still on the Pulley. Also attach the second Cable Clamp next to the first Cable Clamp. Make sure the Cable is not pulled to tightly to pull the Angle Adjustment Handle back and release the Angle Locking Pin from the Blade Swivel. Cut the excess Cable beyond the Cable Clamps.

Attach To ATV Note: The Plow Mount should be installed on the ATV before continuing with attaching the Snow Plow Assembly with the Turbo Turn to the ATV. Place the Snow Plow Assembly with the Turbo Turn on the ground in an open area. Bring the ATV up to the back of the Push Tube. Roll the Front left Tire of the ATV over the Handle Pivot Assembly and continue rolling forward over the Push Tube until the Rear of the Push Tube is below the Plow Mount on the ATV. Lift the rear of the Push Tube up to the Plow Mount and Hook the Pins of the Plow Mount into the Ears of the Push Tube. Secure the Quick Latches and hook the Winch Hook into the loop by the Angle Adjustment Handle. Raise the Plow up off the ground with the Winch about 3-5. Check to make sure that none of the Turbo Turn Parts are hitting the underside of the ATV. Adjust height if necessary. Adjust Turbo Turn to your ATV 1. Gently push the top of the Handle Riser assembly in towards the Seat of the ATV. If the Handle doesn t move freely, check that the Angle Adjustment Handle is not over tightened in place, make sure the Cable is not hung up somewhere under the ATV and check that the 5/16 x 2-1/4 Bolt holding the Handle Riser to the Handle Pivot is not over tightened. The Angle Adjustment Pin should pull out of the Blade Swivel when the Handle Riser is pushed inwards. If the Pin is not pulling out far enough to allow the Blade to turn when the Handle Riser is pushed forwards or backwards, then Tighten the 1/4 Nylock Nut on the Eye Bolt holding the Cable until the Pin moves out far enough. Also, if the Pin pulls out too far, move the 1/4 x 2 Bolt at the side of the Handle Pivot inwards a hole to prevent the Handle Riser from pulling the Cable too tightly. 2. After the Blade Angle Adjustment Pin and Cable are adjusted, sit on the ATV and pull the Handle Riser inwards to unlock the Pin. While the Handle is still pulled in, push the Handle forwards as far as possible. The Handle should not hit the Front Fender of the ATV. If this happens, Tread the Rod Ends farther into the Short Turn Rod or unbolt the Short Turn Rod from the Bell Crank and reattach it back to the Bell Crank in the rear hole in the Bell Crank. Check the Handle again to make sure it doesn t contact the Fender. After adjusting the Handle movement towards the Front Fender, try pulling the Handle Riser back as far as possible. The movement of the Handle from as far forward it will move to as far backwards it will move

should feel comfortable. If it feels like the Handle moves back to far, unthread the Rod Ends slightly in the Long Turn Rod or unbolt the Long Turn Rod from the Bell Crank and reattach it in the next hole forward on the Bell Crank. Using The Turbo Turn Easy As 1, 2, 3. 1. Lift the Snow Plow but not high enough to hit the underside of the ATV and pull the Handle Riser in towards the ATV Operator. 2. Push or Pull the Handle Forwards or Backwards until the Snow Plow is at the desired angle. 3. Let the Handle back out away from the Operator and push it or pull the Handle to make sure its locked back into place. Lower the Plow and keep plowing. Do not turn the Snow Plow while is on the Ground or when plowing. Always lift plow first. Maintenance of the Turbo Turn Check the Turbo turn before plowing. Make sure that the components of the Turbo Turn and the Snow Plow are not frozen in place or damaged. Check the Bushings, Plastic Spacers, Rod Ends, Pulley and the Cable for damage. Do not use the Turbo Turn if any of the Parts are damaged. Lubricate Swivel and Blade Position Pin if needed. THIS PRODUCT IS MADE TO TURN THE PLOW FROM THE SEAT. IF IT DOESN T TURN DON T FORCE IT. YOU CAN ALWAYS STILL GET OFF THE SEAT AND TURN THE PLOW MANUALLY IF FOR ANY REASON THE TURBO TURN STOPS WORKING. Technical or Installation Questions?
