It s entertainment model is mainly focused on professional gamer activities, benefiting only a minority in the gaming community. While this model works well-enough for the most skilled members in the gamer community, there are still many barriers for the majority of players. For the average gamer, this hobby is not viable. Why? Because they can t generate income at any stage of their career. The biggest problems in the current model of gaming are pairing and level qualifiers. They are unbalanced and generate prolonged stagnation, creating toxic communities because of the unfairness of the matches. It s major flaw is the lack of adaptive analysis on the gamer s playing style. This information is vital for a fair game with the best conditions. Despite these flaws, the gaming industry has managed to have a solid growth trajectory in the last 5 years. This has resulted in a 56% of constant annual growth, which translates into $108.9 billion in 2017 alone. Around 2.3 billion people are active video game players. But the industry still relies heavily on the centralized entertainment model. Our value proposal is to expand this market even more with a new and better alternative. 5

It differs from other models, because it is autonomous and it s operated by artificial intelligence engines that are composed of multi-agents with specific roles. They serve as a coach and a personal assistant for each type of platform. Another innovative addition is a payment system with blockchain technology and it s own cryptocurrency. As well as the option to bet on your skills and earn money with every match you win. This model will activate the gamer s hobby to be profitable at any stage of their trajectory uncovering a huge economic potential in the industry. This overview exposes the current state of the centralized esports ecosystem and its shortcomings. Despite these problems and limitations, the potential of the gaming community is undeniable. Genbby s proposal is to propel this growth even more with a better system that gives all players the same opportunities to profit and to play in a decentralized ecosystem with fair conditions. Our goal is to activate a space where this hobby can be profitable for anyone at any stage. 6

It is projected that by 2020, the economic value will go from $108.9 billion to $128.5 billion. But the growth and market value is based on the centralized entertainment model, which only benefits 1% of all the gamers in the world. There are only about 4000 professional players compared to a market of 2.3 billion active gamers, and on average each gamer spends about $5.2 everyday on their hobby, but most of them don t have the opportunity to make a profit with it. 8

If we can motivate all gamers to play and profit with a fair competition system and get the participation of the majority of the community, then the value could reach to be worth as much as $1 trillion, and Genbby will be the leader in that transformation with great results for the company as well. 9

Casual players, professionals, newbies, teams, events, leagues and tournaments. It should give equal opportunities for everyone in the community, but unfortunately that s not the case. The centralized model is only focused on corporate brands, game creators, professional players and teams; which causes many limitations for the participation and interaction of the gaming community as a whole, and this has been the case for many years. 10

Why? Because the players blame other players for their unbalanced teams and matches, as well as the unfair benefits from the professional gamers. These attitudes spread like a virus and damage the gaming culture, creating a toxic community, when in reality the blame is not on the players, but the current model itself. Many startups have tried to solve these problems using the same centralized model, replicating it with different parameters, without considering the core of the problems. Most notably the pairing system and the level qualifiers. As a result, the progress of the average gamer is stalled in the industry and does not give him the possibility to be financially rewarded for his achievements in the current model. 11

Our plan is to generate two radical changes: 1) What once was just your hobby, will now be monetized and rewarded according to your ability in competitive games. 2) You will have adaptive tools at your disposal based on your gaming needs and your rhythm of evolution as a player. 13
