(We will need packages as the school year progresses.) 10. 2 large pencil erasers (not pencil toppers) 11. 4 glue sticks 12. 2 pack Black Paper Mate Flair Felt tip markers *Optional (but VERY handy): Box of gallon size zip-loc baggies Baby wipes or sanitizing wipes (Clorox/Lysol) Hand sanitizer Foil Star stickers (usually near the supplies by the garage sale stickers) 1 ream of white copy paper Wide ruled filler paper Double sided tape ***The P.E. teacher would like the children to have a pair of clean (not new!) shoes to have in the classroom to wear in the gym. Plastic pouch for pens and pencils - fits inside binder *Pouches with reinforced holes and zippers wear better 3. 8 notebook dividers - tabbed 4. 6 packages of yellow #2 pencils (24 pencils)*keep extras at home 5. 3 Large Pink Pearl eraser, or equivalent*keep one at home 6. Paper - wide ruled (keep replenishing all year) 7. Washable markers 8. 12-inch wooden or metal ruler (inches/metric) NO BENDABLE RULERS PLEASE! 9. 6-Non-erasable red ink pen for correcting - ball point.*please only send 1 or 2 to school at a time 10. Blue ink writing pens - not erasable - ball points. *please only send 1 or 2 to school at a time 11. 2 boxes of 12 colored pencils 12. Full size box of tissues 13. Pencil sharpener with shavings catcher, please. 14. Money for an assignment book. ($5.00-give to Deb in the office) 15. Pair of clean (not necessarily new!) extra shoes to be kept at school for P.E. All pens, pencils, etc. will be kept in their binder and not in their desk) Subject dividers (6-8) College ruled paper-no wide ruled, please. 2 composition note books-no spirals, please Plenty of blue or black pens (no gel or felt tip) Lots of pencils-please try not to buy the pretty ones, they are made of plastic & are hard to sharpen.(no mechanical pencils, they will be confiscated) Red ink pens for marking Highlighters Glue sticks or liquid glue Colored pencils- (12-24 pack is enough) Scissors please try to get the ones with pointed tips Wooden ruler (Must show inches and centimeters-wooden ones are the best) Small inexpensive calculator (please don t spend a lot of money on this) Water bottle clearly marked with child s name Money for assignment book ($5.00-due to first day of school) Money for Story Works (TBA-due the first of school) A pair of PE shoes to be kept at school, they can be old A box of tissue to be shared by the class Please keep extra supplies on hand so that supplies can be replenished as needed.
