RESUME UPLOAD* UPLOAD YOUR Resume PDF Drag and drop your resume file here. Or browse your compu (We only accept PDF files because they preserve your resume s forma Got a resume? If you don t have one ready, work with your career advisor and career center to draa one up. (Trust us, it s crucial!) If you have your resume ready now, you can upload it in PDF format only. You see, we don t accept other file types. PDFs preserve formakng, and that s key to your resume s success in the hands of recruiters. Quinn can easily grade you that way, too! Finally, answer all asterisked (*) mandatory fields so you can move onto the next steps.

PROVIDE Basic Details Enter your name, loca5on, and school-url email (e.g., you@awesomecollege.edu). Quinn, the engine of the Quinncia system, should be able to detect your school automa5cally. This informa5on will help us reach out to you! If your university is using single sign-on (SSO), then you don t need to enter your email address; our system will automa5cally verify you. Now, click on DONE WITH PAGE 1 to move onto the next page.

FILL IN YOUR SCHOOL* DEGREE* MAJOR* Educa&on History University/College s Full Name Select Select Confirm your educa6on history and major. To choose from the available op6ons, just click on the arrow in the DEGREE and MAJOR boxes. University/College s Full Name Select Select Need to add another degree you ve earned (or are earning)? Though Quinn gathers informafon from your uploaded resume, if the formagng isn t enfrely understood, then there could be some gaps or errors in what you see at this step. Your Job Title/Position ADD ANOTHER POSITION Company/Institution MM/YYY More to add? No worries, just click on ADD ANOTHER POSITION below the last line.

SPECIFY YOUR Desired Industry Did you study accoun7ng? Are you interested in human resources? Consider which industries are your top choices, based on your experiences and passions. Undecided? PREVIEW & CHANGE YOUR Interview Video Once your interview is processed, you can click on the play bueon to watch it. You can change your interview (if you have mulkple interviews processed) or retake the interview, if you d like.

REVIEW YOUR Feedback Resume Analysis: Your resume is o1en your first chance to make a great impression on an employer. Quinn analyzes your resume and checks for repeated words, spelling, language complexity, font size, etc. Click on Resume Analysis (on the le1 side, as indicated by the arrow) to see how your resume is analyzed and scored. On the graph (on the le1 side, as indicated by the arrow below), keep track of your resume and see how much you've improved from the last Mme. Your improvement is rated as bronze, silver, or gold. See how you re rated compared to all your school s students. Forma1ng: Is your resume easy to follow? Most employers will scan your resume for just 10 seconds to see if you're right for the job. Follow the right format, and limit your resume to one page; only a few specific industries will appreciate more than one page. By looking at the green box around the Format panel lines (shown in the screenshot below), see your scores for format, words, and dynamism. Content: Are you selling yourself effecmvely? How impac\ul is your list of experiences? Content is what makes your resume. Include your GPA, jobs, internships, and key details (i.e., honors and awards). Quinn will look for these elements and score you accordingly. How to Improve: Increase your likelihood of securing a job! Double-check that your degrees are spelled correctly. Don't forget to include every key detail. You can improve on all of these and more from the Mps in the How to Improve panel.

Interview Analysis Click on Interview Analysis (on the le/ side, as indicated by the arrow) to see how your interview is analyzed and scored. When your advisor s feedback is available, see Advisor s Feedback (on the right) to understand how well you performed. Your interview is analyzed in three forms: audio, video, and content. Each rafng is displayed by its respecfve Ftle (shown in the screenshot below). Track your progress over mulfple interviews, and earn badges ( i.e., bronze, silver, and gold) for your interviewing strengths. Are you unhappy with your interview performance? To learn how to earn gold, just click How to Get Gold (shown in the screenshot below). Rate of Speech: Are you speaking too fast, too slow, or is your rate just right? Your rate of speech is calculated from the number of words spoken per minute. This panel shows the recommended speech rate across the enfre interview. In the screenshot below, the Fmer icon shows your average speed during the interview. Speaking at the correct rate earns you five points per quesfon. To learn more about rate of speech, click What s rate of speech? in the Rate of Speech panel. Filler Words: These irrelevant words should be eliminated during interviews. We o/en use these words (e.g., um and like ). To learn more about these words, click on What s a filler word? in the Filler Words panel. Here you ll see the total number of filler words used during the interview, filler words used per minute, and the actual filler words used. (This feedback can really help you avoid them!)

Communica)on Style: Your communica,on style ma2ers during interviews. This panel measures your confidence level, analy, cal skills, and apparent doubt. All of these and more are determined by how you present yourself during the interview. Analy, cal An analy, cal tone indicates a person's reasoning and analy, cal actude about things. An analy, cal person might be perceived as intellectual, ra,onal, systema,c, emo, onless, or impersonal. Confident A confident tone indicates a person's degree of certainty. A confident person might be perceived as assured, collected, hopeful, or ego,s,cal. Tenta,ve A tenta,ve tone indicates a person's degree of inhibi,on. A tenta,ve person might be perceived as ques, onable, doubful, or debatable. Enthusiasm: During an interview, your enthusiasm needs to be expressed without going overboard. Your facial expressions, eye contact, voice inflec, ons, and word choice are all important to Quinn s calcula, ons. The analysis of each ques,on is shown in the graph (see the screenshot below).

Emo$ons: In the Emo+ons panel, you can see all the feelings you expressed during the interview. That is, whether you showed sadness, anger, surprise, disgust, joy, or fear. Eye Contact & A1re: Making the right amount of eye contact during an interview can make a huge difference. The eye icon shows you the amount of eye contact that s recommended. Addi+onally, how you dressed will be ranked.

KEEP Prac%cing :) What s next? Well, you can prac7ce some interview ques7ons. You can schedule another interview for another date & 7me. But, if you ve interviewed within the last hour, you can retake the interview instantly. By selec7ng the different types of prac7ce ques7ons, you can prepare and polish your skills without recording yourself.

SEE ALL Upcoming Events Your Events tab (in the top bar) shows upcoming careerrelated events.

SHARE YOUR Profile Clicking on your name (in the top naviga=on bar, next to the gradua=on cap) will take you to your profile page. You can share your profile with poten=al employers and even add it to LinkedIn (or your resume!) using the Share Profile link on the lel. If you don't want anyone to see your interview or profile anymore you can also make your link 100% private even if they have the link already! (We think this op=on is prety genius :) That said, you should share your profile with all poten=al employers and recruiters so they can learn about you and your personality. Keep recording more interviews with Quinn so you can put your best foot forward!
