Landlords filed their Motion, together with Schedule A thereto and various exhibits, earlier today (Docket # 1247). 2. Counsel to the Landlords was advised after the filing that the amounts previously supplied by Weitzman as due from the Debtors were in error and a revised statement was supplied, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 71. 3. Accordingly, Landlords file this Amended Schedule which now lists Weitzman and the correct amount due to Weitzman. 4. In all other respects Weitzman joins in the original Motion as filed. No other changes to the Motion are made on behalf of the other Landlords set forth in the original document. WHEREFORE, Landlords respectfully request that the Court enter an Order: (i) awarding the allowance and payment of the Landlords administrative expense claims against the Debtors estate under sections 365(d)(3) and 503(b) of the Bankruptcy Code in the amounts set forth on Schedule A as amended hereby; and (ii) providing such other relief the Court deems just and necessary.
