GMG Trust Marco Rapaglia Group Managing Director & COO Marco Rapaglia joined Geneva Management Group as the Group s Chief Operating Officer in April 2014. He is responsible for operations across all of GMG s offices. Marco oversees client administration teams, drives performance improvement across the business and also serves as a fiduciary director across a number of GMG client companies. From 2003 to 2014 Marco was a Director in real estate companies focusing on the UK and Germany.
