ES THE NEW WAY TO GO IN CONTINUOUS DYEING THE NEW ES PROCESS FOUR «E»s FOR YOUR SUCCESS The growing demands of the fashion and textile industry, and a constantly increasing consumer awareness, call for chemical products and process aids which are simple to use while still being efficient and environmentally friendly. Continuous processes have been developed for large quantities and are therefore only profitable and productive from a length of several thousand metres. They also require both very high investment costs and a well planned and functioning infrastructure including optimum machine maintenance as otherwise the costs would quickly explode. The new ES process offers a fundamentally new opportunity for dyeing light shades on 100 % cellulosic woven fabric and its blends with polyester. This advanced process is made possible by the special combination of the newly developed ES dyes and the unique auxiliary system. This innovative system considerably reduces the equipment required and the high consumption of chemicals. EASY the easiest and shortest route in continuous dyeing ECONOMICAL the most economical way to perform continuous dyeing applications EFFICIENT the highest productivity, guaranteed EXCELLENT for soft handle, has a low equipment requirement and high light and washing fastness The ES system is particularly suitable for use for: Home textiles (e.g. bed and table linen, curtains, furniture fabrics) Shirt fabrics Ground dyeings for printing Over-dyeing of denim fabrics Shading of vat or reactive-dyed fabrics 2 Bezema Colour Solutions. THE ES SYSTEM Yellow ES liq. Neutral yellow with high light fastness properties, no catalytic fading Red ES liq. Especially for all shades of pink and as a shading component Blue ES liq. Combination dye with the highest level of light fastness Green ES liq. Ideal for brilliant shades of green, also in combination with Yellow ES liq. Grey ES liq. Especially suitable for grey shades with a high light and wet fastness level, or as a shading component ARRISTAN ES Multi-functional product developed especially for the ES process. It guarantees the optimum fixation of the liquid dyes used under the described conditions. MIGRASOL ES Provides an antimigrant property during pad dyeing and prevents the migration of colour pigments when drying. KOLLASOL CDS Deaerator and penetration accelerator with excellent foam-inhibiting properties. PADICOLL DYE Padding auxiliary prevents the formation of deposite on roller. The ES process is suitable for use on conventional continuous dyeing ranges (e.g. Hotflues): Padding at room temperature IR-drying down to 20-2% re. humidity for PES/CEL 30-3% re. humidity for CEL PES/CEL Drying: 100 10 C Curing/Thermofixation: 0 sec. at 170 190 C CEL Drying/Curing 120 10 C till dried The ES process 20 0 g/l ARRISTAN ES 10 20 g/l MIGRASOL ES KOLLASOL CDS 20 g/l PADICOLL DYE Set ph-value to Liquor pick-up: 0 % Drying: PES/CEL 100 10 C Thermofixing: PES/CEL 30 0 sec at 190 C Drying/Curing: CEL 120 10 C till dried However, it is equally suitable for use on stenter frames with controlled air circulation: Padding at room temperature IR-drying down to 20-2% re. humidity for PES/CEL 30-3% re. humidity for CEL PES/CEL Drying: 100 10 C Curing/Thermofixation: 0 sec. at 170 190 C CEL Drying/Curing 120 10 C till dried Bezema Colour Solutions. ECOLOGICAL INDICATORS Continuous dyeing processes consume large amounts of different energy resources, for example for IR-drying, thermofixing, steaming and washing processes. The new ES process fundamentally changes these previous continuous dyeing conditions.
