Safety and Care dvice Important - Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly Check you have all the components and tools listed on pages 2 and 4. Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and seperate them into their groups. Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts could choke if swallowed. Do not stand or put weight on the product, this could cause damage. ssemble the item as close to its final position (in the same room) as possible. ssemble on a soft level surface to avoid damaging the unit or your floor. We do not recommend the use of power drill/drivers for inserting screws, as this could damage the unit. Only use hand screwdrivers. Do Not dispose of packaging until assembly complete. Make sure you have enough space to layout the parts before starting. Parts of the assembly will be easier with 2 people. Dispose of all packaging carefully and responsibly when assembly complete. Care and maintenance To protect the furniture, position the furniture out of direct sunlight and away from direct heat sources such as radiators and fires. Do not place the furniture in excessively dry and humid conditions. From time to time check that there are no loose screws on this unit. lways lift furniture when moving it (do not drag) otherwise the joints may be damaged. Do not place hot or cold objects on the surface, always use protective mats to avoid marking the furnture. This product should not be discarded with household waste. Take to your local authority waste disposal centre. Clean spills up immediately Dust surfaces with a soft, dry, lint free cloth. More stubborn marks can be removed using a damp (not wet) cloth. Wipe the surface dry immediately using a soft lint free cloth. Do not use detergants, abrasive cleaning products or cleaning products that contain ammonia, solvents or silicone as these may damage the surface finish. 1

ssembly Instructions Step 1 Fitting dowels to top panel (x4) 6853 Note: Insert metal dowels as far as shown by arrows. Do not over tighten. Step 2 Fitting cams to bottom panel Large (x4) 6855 Note: Ensure cam arrow points towards the edge with hole. Step 3 Fitting cams and dowels to both end panels Large (x4) (x8) Grooved edge Note: Ensure cam arrow points towards the edge with hole. x2 Note: Insert metal dowels as far as shown by arrows. ssembly Instructions Step 6 ttach right hand panel to bottom panel Locate cams in bottom 6855 onto dowels in end panel. Then lock. 6855 Turn cam 180 degrees to lock Step 7 ttach plinth to end panel Important: You will require someone to hold the plinth straight until you get the other end panel in place on a later step. Locate cams in plinth 6867 onto dowels in end panel. Then lock. 6867 Turn cam 180 degrees to lock 7
ssembly Instructions Step 8 ttach rail to end panel Locate wooden dowels M in rail 6856 into holes in end panel. Important: You will require someone to hold the plinth and rail straight untill you get the other end panel in place on a later step. 6856 Ensure rail sits flush. Ensure rail does not overhang. Step 9 ttach end to plinth, bottom and rail Locate dowels in end 7 into cams in bottom 6855 and plinth 6867. Then lock. Ensure wooden dowels M already inserted in rail 6856 go into holes in end panel. 6856 6855 6867 Turn cam 180 degrees to lock 8
ssembly Instructions Step 10 ttach top to both end panels Locate dowels in top 6853 into cams in both end panels. Then lock. 6853 Turn cam 180 degrees to lock Step 11 ttach silver trim Remove protective film from silver trim. Silver Trims (x2) Locate the notch on silver trim into groove on ends. Ensure the silver trims are positioned correctly (DIG 1). To insert silver trims use a hammer, place a cardboard packing piece between the hammer and silver trims to protect the silver trims (DIG 1). Ensure silver trims are inserted fully (DIG 2). Cardboard packing piece DIG 1 DIG 2 9
ssembly Instructions Step 12 ttach silver trim Turn unit over. Remove protective film from silver trim. Silver Trims (x2) Warning: 2 people to lift. Lift with care. Locate the notch on silver trim into groove on ends. Ensure the silver trims are positioned correctly (DIG 1). To insert silver trims use a hammer, place a cardboard packing piece between the hammer and silver trims to protect the silver trims (DIG 1). Cardboard packing piece Ensure silver trims are inserted fully (DIG 2). DIG 1 DIG 2 Congratulations! your unit is complete. Note: Please turn over for important information. 10
