Kassie, you have definitely inspired me and countless others with your philosophy and your training. Many of our listeners may be struggling to achieve the best version of themselves. Well Chuck, I just want to start off by again thanking you for bringing me on your podcast. Over the years what I have found, is that when I compare what I do to what's going on in the fitness industry, I guess my secret is I just do the opposite. I know that sounds crazy, but if we look at the health and fitness industry, and if we look at the pharmaceutical industry, and the billions of dollars that both industries are making... Then we look at what is really happening in the world, which is again, trust me when I say this. You know I'm a positive Patty. But, we've got this health crisis on our hands. It just doesn't make sense. How can you have these billion-dollar industries, especially health and wellness, and yet have all of this struggle or challenge for people to get fit and healthy, not only in body, but mind, spirit, emotionally. Again, so for me, how can I put it Chuck? While I was in grade school, I always wore a uniform. I was always the one rolling my skirt up and pushing my socks down. For me to just go and do the opposite of what industry is saying, it just made sense to me. Actually Chuck, I'd like you to share with your audience what your goal was. Oh, absolutely. I was about to celebrate the big 5-0. I had in my mind a different vision for what I thought turning 50 meant for me. I didn't want to come across as, oh, I'm limited now, thinking that there's only so much I can do at reaching this age. I wanted to set the precedent. I wanted to inspire others out there, by being the best 50 I could be. I just wanted to be as strong as I could possibly be. That's why I worked with you, and worked my tail off for several months, thanks to your advice. I don't know, I just felt great. I've felt great ever since then. I can't thank you enough for that. Oh, well you're so welcome Chuck. I really appreciate you sharing your version of that. When you came to me, one of the things... Again, because we had worked before that in the past... When you came to me with that vision. Again, it really starts with that. It's, you know where you are now, but where are you going? Where do you want to take yourself? Where do you see yourself? When we spoke about that, one of the things that I had said to you was, "Yes, in order to create..." Which, by the way, there is nothing wrong with creating a look, creating the aesthetics. But, you know as well as I do, I come from a place where it's all about not only creating a look, but really creating that health within, so that your body never ever, ever gets in the way of anything your mind wants to do. It always can do whatever your body wants to do. That's the place where I come from, again, where it's both. Mm-hmm (affirmative). When you shared that with me, that you wanted to see that six-pack, that was going to be the result that you wanted to achieve, one of the things I said to you was, "Yes, there is the piece where, if we're going to see that, yes, we are going to... Body fat will be lost. But, that's not really where we're going to start. We're not going to start out by saying we've got to lose fat. We've got to lose weight." My thing is, especially, to create this mind shift for people, so that they can have success, is to go to the place where we say, let's maintain... Let's have this goal where we maintain and create a little bit of lean muscle along the way. The result will be a loss in body fat, because as you know, the more muscle you have on your body... I'm not talking about overly muscular, like body builders in my competitive world. Just having lean muscle on your body, that live active tissue, is actually that fat-burning firmness. If we focus on what we can do to maintain and create a little of that, the end result will then be, again, this fat loss. I take people on this journey where we shift away from what the norm is, which is lose weight, lose weight, lose fat. Most people, unfortunately, have tried it and failed, tried it and failed, tried it even harder and failed again. I don't know if you know this Chuck, but if you do that over, and over, and over again, there is a system in the mind that will actually have you stop trying. Psychologists have called it learned self-helplessness. It's at this moment where, if you've tried and failed, tried and failed, it just gives up. Unfortunately, when I work with people, a lot of times they are at that point. The only reason why they have chosen to seek out professional help in the area of health and wellness, is because they've had something, a two-by-four, a four-by-four, metaphorically speaking of course, hit them over the head where it's a health crisis, or a relationship crisis, where it's just something has happened and they have to do something. Again, taking that shift, doing the opposite, not thinking about losing weight, but really focusing on getting stronger, still gets you the same result, but it just gets your mind going down another avenue, if you will. Sure. That makes complete sense to me. Kassie, I can see why some people refer to you as this western trained coach with an eastern spiritual flair. Yeah, well I appreciate you saying that. It's because of the journey that I've been on for myself, that it's just turned out to be that way. I remember when I first started out years ago, I was a Division One athlete playing basketball, due to injury, had gotten into lifting, which is something that I did not enjoy, when I was playing basketball. But again, because I was hit by a four-by-eight, which was a car, actually, I had to do rehab and had gotten into training. Then I just fell in love with it. At that point, I really fell in love with the feeling that I had gotten from lifting, and training, and creating a strong body. But then along my journey... I've been on the planet now 49 years. Along the journey it's evolved into the being, not just the body. Again, this body that we have is merely the masquerade costume. The goal is really to just allow that soul to just fully express itself. Again, we've got to create help for it to do that. I want you to do this, if you don't mind. If you have... I'm going to go old-school on you here. We're going to take out a piece of paper and a pen. Obviously your listeners too, who are driving right now... Don't do this if you're on the road right now, please Yeah, exactly, just listen in, please. Or, if you feel inspired, please pull over. Anyway, what I'd like you to do on that paper Chuck, is, I want you to write the words, have, do, and be. Okay. You've got that written. Now, I want you to just hear this out, and tell me if it sounds like the way people move through their day. When I have this, I'll be able to do that, and then I'll be happy. Does that make sense? It sounds like the norm, right? Sure. Okay, great. I'm going to go and do the opposite, because doing what everyone else is saying, of course, as you know, just doesn't fly for me. Here I want you to write it again. But I want you to change the order. I'd like you to change it to, be, do, have. Okay. Let's talk about this for a second. Let's just sit in that place of just being. Whenever you have a goal, whenever you have a vision, and I want you to think of a goal that you may have, Chuck. You don't necessarily have to share it with us. I would like your listeners, again, whether it has to do with your health, your business, your bank account, relationship, whatever it might be, I'd really like you to think about a goal, that if you reached it at this moment, it would be lifechanging. All right. Now what I'd like you to do is, I'd like you to visualize it already in the now. I would like you to see yourself with that goal accomplished. I'd like you to ask yourself this question, actually it's two questions. Who are you being, or what are you being? What words would describe who you would be being, if you had obtained that goal right now in this moment? There are words that will definitely speak to that. Yes. Well now, what I'd like you to do is, you're going to put the two most powerful words in the universe in front of each of those words. Those two words are, I am. Now I'll give you an example. For health, I am... Well I like to say all the time, I am fit and fabulous. By the way Chuck, I'm hitting 50, I'm so excited, in December. All right. Who says that right? "Oh my God, I can't wait to hit 50." Right! SpaceTech Corporation Online Coffee Break Page 5 of 9

Here is my mind, I'm saying over and over to myself, I am fit and fabulous. I'm 50, I'm fit and fabulous. I am strong. I am a walking demonstration of health and wellness. If it's in your business, I am innovative. I'm abundant. I'm successful. If it's a relationship, I am lovable. I am loving. I am generous. I am peace and forgiveness, again, different words for different situations. The beauty of this Chuck, is there's no wait time. If we go with the old model of have, do, be, that sense of gratification is long way off. It doesn't allow you to enjoy your steps towards that goal. You've got to wait to fulfill the goal, and then you can be happy. In this sense, when we shift it, when we create this shift in the mindset, gratification is instantaneous. In that moment you are being fit and fabulous. The feeling, then you get to take it another level and you get to say to yourself, you bring in the feeling, not just saying it, but you get to actually put it in your mind. You get to say, well if I were fit and fabulous, how would I be feeling? I am telling you, all of your listeners, I know you and I have done this together. Even me, right now, I'm feeling it. Mm-hmm (affirmative). You will feel something within your system. You will feel a vibration in your body. You will almost automatically smile. You're in that moment. You've actually created the ability to attract people and circumstances who are going to support what you are up to, just by sitting in that feeling and saying over and over again what you're being right now. For individuals working with me, like you have, we really cultivate that. We get very clear on what the vision is. We get very clear on how you are going to be in that position. Then, of course, we work on, what are the actions. You get to say to yourself, well if I'm being this person, what would that person be doing? If helps, if you're doing it on your own, it helps to come up with, what are your action steps? Then you just work on those action steps day-in and day-out. You constantly focus on who you're being in the moment. You don't think about the fact that you're not yet. Then, of course, your have, what you've been looking to create for yourself and manifest for yourself, will eventually show up. Now, some people have said to me, well, aren't you lying to yourself? I say, well absolutely, but my brain doesn't know the difference between reality and what SpaceTech Corporation Online Coffee Break Page 6 of 9

I'm trying to create. It just doesn't know. In knowing that, and again, that's not something I came up with. That's been around for decades. That's how the mind functions. Why not program it with something that you're looking to create? Then of course, like I said, you just take those action steps, and then, of course, the have shows up. As I try to tell my children, I'm like, listen, it's the same thing is when we go to a restaurant, you can put your order in to the waiter, or as I like to say, the cosmic kitchen, but then you don't know how many people are in front of you. You don't know when that plate is going to show up on your table. You have to sit in anticipation for it to show up, because you know it's going to show up. You know, like you know, like you know it is going to show up. You're right, and that is so true. I think you could feed your mind with the negative thoughts, or you can feed it positive thoughts. I can attest, you've helped me through this, and it was just so amazing to see the transformation, and start with the positive thoughts we feed ourselves. On that, I did want to say, obviously I've trained with you for the past few years. I'm a former personal trainer. I became a personal trainer after working with you and loved it so much, then became it. I've always been amazed by how well you were able to work with me, even though we had never met. I just wondered, can you tell our listeners a little bit more about that? How do you do it? Well Chuck, honestly I have to tell you. No one has asked me that question before. I have to actually take a moment and think about it. How does anyone do what they do? You just do it. I guess what I'll say is that, over the years obviously, I've been training, and I've been in this industry for, what feels like, ten lifetimes. It's been about 30 years. Just the hours of being in this industry, I've certainly accumulated a number of tools and skillsets that are in my bag on tricks, if you will. Here's what I know. I had an amazing encounter with a wonderful business mentor. Her name is Chellie Campbell. She wrote Zero to Zillionaire. She wrote The Wealthy Spirit. Again, this is one thing that I love. I appreciate you putting in this realm Chuck, of saying that I've got this spiritual flair. I don't collect things, I collect people. I love collecting people who really know what they know, but they've got that beautiful spiritual flair to them. Chellie Campbell is absolutely one of them. Oh my goodness, she provides such an amazing workshop. Anyway, she gave us this little bit of advice one day. She said to all of us, "Listen, there are two people in the world, only two people, your people, and not your people. Stop worrying about the not your people, and just focus and be you, and your people will show up. For any of your business, anyone out there that's looking to increase their business, I really want you to take that into your heart and know that, that as long as you're authentically being you, your people are going to show up. Just keep being you." As far as how that relates to me and doing what I do, Chuck, when my people show up, there's already a connection there. We're our people, right? Everyone is then open to what I've got to share. It's just a matter of listening to what you're looking to create, and having this discussion with an individual with you, and really opening it up to what your body and what your being is actually sharing. Honestly Chuck, we've heard this. Anybody that's on a transformational journey knows this, that everything you need to know, you already know. It's already in your being. You may need to have individuals come into your life to simply remind you. When it comes to the body, and again, making transformations, I'm really a listening board. Then we're doing this dance back and forth. Things are going to resonate. You're going to make changes. We're going to work off those changes. It's just this dance that goes back and forth. My vision for my business is... The heart of it is really to assist people in falling madly in love with themselves, getting to the point where they can actually embrace who they are. They shed off what they're not, and really getting to who they are, so that they can fall in love with themselves. Then that way, they're really able to live this incredible life on fire.
