Tools Required 2011-C Ford F250/F350 No Drilling into Vehicle is Required 10mm Socket 7/16 Socket 1/2 Socket 1/2 Wrench 7/16 Wrench 1/8 Allen Wrench FL277 x 1 Torque Specification: 1/4 Bolts - 6 Ft Lbs. 5/16 Bolts - 19 Ft Lbs. FL278 x 1 FL276 x 2 AS14 x 4 3124F x 4 99-022 x 1 1) Short re-enforcement nut Place a through each of the slots in the FL276 and thread into short re-enforcement nut. Locate the front cross member on driver side Slide short re-enforcement nut into the holes located on the front cross member and hand tighten. 2) M6 OEM Bolt Remove the M6 OEM bolt with a 10mm socket. Place a 5/16 x 1-1/2 bolt through the rear slot in the FL277 and thread into short reenforcement nut. Locate the rear cross member on driver side Slide short re-enforcement nut into the holes located on the rear cross member and hand tighten. 3) 1/4 x 1 bolt Place the AS14 angle support up to each of the FL276 and FL277 and bolt together with a 1/4 x 1 bolt and 1/4 nut as shown in photo, making sure AS14 are in a X pattern and hand tighten. 4) Bolt the 3124F angles to each of the FL 276 & FL277 bracket with (2) 5/16 x 3/4 bolts and secure with 5/16 nuts. 5) Short re-enforcement nut Place a through each of the slots in the FL276 and thread into short reenforcement nut. Locate the front cross member on passenger side Slide short re-enforcement nut into the holes located on the front cross member and hand tighten. 6) Locate the rear cross member on passenger side, put the (2) set screws into the pinch Pinch weld Clamp 99-022 weld clamp 99-022 Place the 99-022 in center of the cross member and tighten both set screws with 1/8 allen wrench. Set Screws 7) Place a through the rear slots in the FL278 and thread into short re-enforcement nut. Slide short re-enforcement nut into the hole located in the cross member and hand tighten. 8) Once the rear bolt is hand tightened place a 5/16 x 3/4 bolt into slot then thread into tapped hole in the pinch weld clamp 99-022 hand tighten 5/16 x 3/4 bolt 9) Place the AS14 angle support up to each of the FL276 and FL278 and bolt together with a 1/4 x 1 bolt and 1/4 nut as shown in photo, making sure AS14 are in a X pattern and hand tighten. 1/4 x 1 bolt 10) Bolt the 3124F angles to each of the FL 276 & FL278 bracket with (2) 5/16 x 3/4 bolts and secure with 5/16 nuts. 13) Place the board on the brackets with the bolts through the slots. Fasten with 1/4 nuts. 14) Make sure board is lined up with cab board. Use one self drilling screw to attach the stone guard to the fender lip. Make sure the board is level, then use remaining 2 screws to finish attaching stone guard to fender lip.
