Please refer to the hospitality rider of guest stars for further details concerning their hospitality conditions.
Please provide a decent warm meal for 10 people (7 band members + 3 crew members). Concerning meals, please take note that: One of our musicians is a vegetarian: no meat, no poultry and no fish. One of our musicians has an allergy for every sort of sea food (no fish, shrimps, oysters, mussels or mermaids). Keep it simple. Don t go through a lot of trouble preparing us a seven course menu the lighter the meal, the sharper the sound. (No, really!) Coca Cola (no substitutes!), water, sodas and beer are at all time available for all band and crew members. Some wine or a bottle of whiskey is always a good idea, but not a necessity. Please provide extra bottles of still water (not sparkling) on stage during the performance. The obvious: free income and drinks for all band and crew members Guest list: 10 extra persons Parking: please provide at least 5 parking spots near the stage allowing easy unloading and loading Pictures and promotional stuff: feel free to contact us should you require pics such as our logo or any other kind of promotional stuff for use on your flyers and posters Recording the gig: if you plan to record the concert or parts thereof, please contact us ahead of time to discuss Should you have any other questions or remarks: contact us!
