Introduction Paneltech have been manufacturing dental cabinetry for over 20 years. The dental sector remains a major part of our operation. We regularly carry out very large multi room surgery fit outs and are relied upon for our flexibility, dependability and affordability while at the same time understanding all the industry regulations and design requirements. Ensuring such projects proceed and complete on time and to budget depends on the systems in place to manage work flow, which is an area we have invested heavily in and which gives us the confidence to undertake such projects regularly. The same principles of a large mulit room surgery are actually just as applicable to a single dental practice, the client is just as important, the same systems and project management skills are still employed and this helps explain why we are currently one of the UK s largest dental cabinetry providers. 5
Base Cabinetry Example surgery At the heart of a dental surgery is the cabinetry used, we have a very popular offering, which is robust, affordable and which comes with industry leading warranties and after care. At the same time we are able to accommodate bespoke requirements. We are constantly developing and refining our range to make use of the largest developments in materials and best practices. The image above represents a typical dental surgery layout. Each cabinet has a unique identification number enabling easy selection and ordering. The Paneltech standard range of dental base cabinets listed on the following pages can be modified in height, width and depth to suit requirements. The cross sectional drawing (right) represents a typical layout allowing a 130mm void at the rear of the cabinets for services. This void is accessible via the removable back of the cabinets. 6

PB27 Keyboard slide-out Carcasses are manufactured from 18mm White MFC, exposed surfaces can be manufactured from a wide range of materials including laminate, MFC, Labgrade, Parapan, and Foil. These are all available in a wide range of colours many with matching PVC lipping as required. Please see colour swatches within this brochure for our standard collection. Wall Cabinetry Example surgery The Paneltech Industries range of wall cabintery has been developed and refined alongside the base cabinets allowing users to match base and wall cabinets. The image above represents a typical dental surgery layout. As per the base cabinetry each wall cabinet has a unique identification number enabling easy selection and ordering. The Paneltech standard range of dental wall cabinets listed on the following pages can be modified in height, width and depth to suit requirements. The cross sectional drawing (right) represents typical positioning of the wall cabinetry. 9

Sterilisation room Example sterilisation room To compliment the surgery range of cabinetry Paneltech have developed a range of cabinets specifally designed for sterilisation rooms. The Sterilisation cabinetry range is similar to the surgery range of base and wall cabinets, the primary difference being the height and positioning of the cabinets. The height of the cabinets is 900mm high to allow sterilisation room specific equipment to fit underneath the worktop. The increased height also provides a more comfortable working height for standing users. The cross sectional drawing (right) represents typical positioning of the cabinetry. 11

Worktops Solid surface & laminate worktops Paneltech Industries range of worktops have been designed specfically for dental surgeries and sterilisation rooms. The 3 standard options available for Dental practices are: 1. Surgery worktop - Solid surface 2. Surgery wortkop - Laminate 3. Sterilisation room worktop - EcoLab 20 Worktops are designed during the cabinet layout design process and are then manufactured inhouse using the latest screen-to-machine software and CNC equipment. If required, cutouts for sinks and sockets can be applied at this stage. 1. Surgery Worktop - Solid Surface 12mm Solid surface material with an MDF sub-frame formed to produce a 38mm thick worktop, with integrated upstand and plant-on capping. Matching solid surface sink basins can be added if required. 2. Surgery Worktop - Laminate A wide range of laminates can be postformed around a 30mm MDF core with integrated upstand and plant-on capping. 17 3. Sterilisation room - EcoLab 20 20mm EcoLab solid surface material selected specifically for sterilisation rooms can be cut and finished to measure and will provide a durable and hygenic finish.
