Ampere Meter D- Ampere Meter The types of operating principle of ammeter are the rectifier type and the moving iron type, and the rectifier type ammeter has a merit of measuring small current value compared with moving iron type. Features D-0 To deal with current exceeding 5A, use a 5A(1A) meter in combination with a C.T. A.C ammeter is used with a current transfomer externally mounted, and it is noted that primary current of a current transformer and a full scale of the meter are identical when used. If the circuit voltage exceeds 0V even when the current is less than 5A use a 5A(1A) meter in combination with a C.T to ensure insulation. The scale range of ammeter for motor circuit is extended up to 0%~0% of rated current, so that these are proteced from the impact of the starting current and ensured of long life. Am expanded scale has the normal maximum reading(upper limit of effective measurement range) at the app. 5% point on the scale, and the rest of it (5%~%) is devoted to extension reading. How to adjust push S/W (see the picture No. ~ ) 1. The LED display meter input value. To confirm the setting value a manual working condition is obtained by pushing the button as follow. Operating value and operating time setting by pressing the button no and for 3secs at the same time, the setting mode will be entered the LED flashes then press the button no to change the flashing value of the display and use the button no to increase the count of it. After setting the input value, press the button no and for 3secs at the same time to save the value of selection. Meter Relay Operating This meter is able to set the time 0 to 99 seconds. If the input value is lower than low setting value or higher than high setting value, the relay contacts are operated after presetting time. (During presetting time the LED or flashes, then after presetting time the LED is lightened and its replay is operated) When the auxiliary power is connected the initial time, low relay will not operate without an input value which is higher than the low setting value at first.(lt is to poeventing the operating the relay without input value at the initial) For turning off low relay operating set 0 to the low setting value.
