Quilt Classes Mystical Prism Block of the Month Come in every month to cut your pieces and start to sew up your block(s) for that month. At the end of the year, we ll sew all the blocks together. Kids Classes KIDS SEWING STUDIO Kids pick from a list of projects and learn to sew things like a purse, pillow case, sleep pants, ruffled skirt, Hoodie etc. Some projects take two sessions, some one session. All materials are included with this class and we even offer a healthy snack! Volunteer Classes As an exciting bonus on the last Wednesday of every month this group makes special project s for donation. For example some of their projects are as follows: Chemo Caps Fleece Caps Carry-all bags for walkers Pet shelter blankets. We are a Project Linus drop off location: Project Linus welcomes blankets of all styles, including quilts, tied comforters, fleece blankets, crocheted or knitted afghans, and receiving blankets in child-friendly colors. Blankets must be new, handmade and washable. In addition, they must come from a smoke-free environment. You don't have to be an expert to create a blanket that is beautiful to a child! CLASS POLICIES TO REGISTER: Sign up in store or by phone. As most classes fill quickly, please sign up early. CLASS FEE: Is due at time of sign-up. We accept credit cards, check or cash. Cancelations*: If you must cancel your reservation; before 2 weeks a full refund will be given; 2 weeks to 48 hours you may receive a refund less the amount of the kit to be used in that class, (note: This kit will be yours to use in a future class). Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice cannot be refunded. There will be a full refund if we need to cancel the class for any reason (such as weather conditions). * Special Event cancellations are dealt with individually BRING: Basic sewing supplies and your machine in good working order to all classes except lecture type. PURCHASES: Please purchase supplies in advance so that class may begin on time.
