ABOUT US Amron Stair Works is a manufacturer of interior wooden stair and rail systems. We are located in Gilberts, Illinois and have been serving the Fox Valley and surrounding areas since 1984. We believe you will realize time and cost savings by receiving ready to install stair and rail systems, versus building stairs and rails from parts in the field. Amron offers stair systems from a simple carpet grade box to custom built stairs. We also have many types of rail styles to choose from, including iron balusters. We carry a variety of wood types and special orders can be accommodated. Installation is available on all custom stairs. Amron understands the importance of timely deliveries and dependable service. Our services include an on-site measurement by a representative, who has knowledge of applicable building code requirements. While this catalog is comprehensive, an Amron representative will be available in the design of your complete stair system. We also offer curved stair systems to your specific radius. Amron Stair Works Steps To Creating Your Personal Stair System Select A Handrail An assortment of handrail profiles are available for your custom stair system. Select rails are available plowed to match the balusters. Select Balusters Balusters help define the unique appearance of your custom stairs. Choose from wood or iron to create your own personal style. Select Newels We offer a variety of newels to complement our balusters. Our selection of newels help you create a distinctive look. Select Options By adding options, such as volutes, turnouts and starting steps, a more dramatic staircase can be created. Select A Wood Type Select the species of wood that you would like for your stairs, rails, balusters, and newels. In addition to oak and pine; brazilian cherry (jatoba), mahogany, walnut, hickory, maple and other wood types are available. (Contact an Amron representative for other wood options.) *Please note, as a natural product, solid wood will have color and grain variations.
