They are ideal for machining large & small rectangular areas accurately and may be clamped or bolted directly onto the part being machined. If clamping or bolting is impossible,fabricated set-up jigs and parallel mounting fixtures can be used to position the milling machines in place for milling operations. The Milling Machines can be mounted in any position, even upside down and are simple to set-up and operate. When used with a facing mill, the Milling Machines do a quick job of facing off pitted or misaligned surfaces, restoring the original condition of the part being machined. Servo power feeds are available for all axes, allowing the application of smooth and consistent power feed throughout the speed range, both in forward and reverse.
