Jonathan E. Klausner Senior Vice President Wealth Management Financial Advisor John M. Duffy Senior Vice President Wealth Management Financial Advisor Derek E. DiSalvo Financial Advisor Jonathan brings over 22 years of investment brokerage experience to his clients. Prior to his role at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Jonathan served as Senior Vice President-Investments at UBS Financial Services Inc where he was named a member of the 2012 Chairman s Council. Jon began his successful career in 1990 at Prudential Securities in Atlanta, Georgia. His area of focus resides in assisting clients with accumulating, preserving and transferring their wealth. Jon was named in Barron s Top 1000 Financial Advisors in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012. He is a graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics. Jon and his wife, Heidi, have three children: Justin, Samantha and Madison and reside in Carmel, IN. John brings to his Morgan Stanley Smith Barney clients, over 19 years of investment brokerage and asset management experience. During his career, he has specialized in working with affluent and emerging affluent families and individuals in the development and implementation of customized investment portfolios to help meet their specific needs. Areas of concentration include; bond portfolio structuring and management; stock and option portfolio management; hedging and liquidation strategies for concentrated equity positions, and general investment needs. John is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis earning a degree in Business and Communication. John and his wife Melissa live in Fishers, IN and have three children, Martin, Michael and Lauren. Derek started his career at UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2008 as part of the Firms Financial Advisor Associate Program. Through advanced training he developed skills in stock and bond portfolio construction, portfolio risk management, and financial forecasting. Derek joined the Klausner & Duffy Investment Group as a Financial Advisor in January of 2010 and has quickly become a valued part of the team in providing financial reviews, portfolio risk assessment and implementation. Derek is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford Ohio where he earned a Bachelor s Degree in Business Finance. The Klausner & Duffy Investment Group 5

Caryn E. Wilkinson Senior Registered Associate Jennifer Margason Senior Registered Associate Caryn has worked in the brokerage industry since 1995. She gained experience in training and operations while beginning her career at Charles Schwab. In 2006, Caryn joined the Klausner & Duffy Investment group at UBS Financial Services Inc as a Registered Client Service Associate. She has a Bachelor s Degree in Marketing from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. She also holds a Series 7 and a Series 63 license. Caryn and her two children, Abby and Aiden, live in Fishers, IN. Jenny has over 18 years of client service and investment brokerage experience that she brings to the Klausner and Duffy Investment Group and their clients. Jenny began her career on the investment trading and execution side of the brokerage business and from there she grew into a Senior Client Service role, which she enjoys today. Her desire is to provide an excellent, high touch, personal service experience to the Klausner and Duffy groups clientele. She holds the Series 7, Series 63 and 65 license designations, allowing her the ability to accept trade instructions from clients in addition to her administrative responsibilities. Jenny and her husband Bill are very involved in their local church, including being members of the Student Ministry Committee.
