CHALLENGES FOR AEO PROGRAMS (1) Management challenges To institutionalize change by customs administrations & private sector To increase the number of AEO specialists in customs administrations To strengthen financial resources To develop automatized portals To strengthen risk management systems To promote the leadership and compromise at the highest level To incentivize the coordination with other Ministres and governmental agencies (CBM). To establish a COUNTRY PROGRAM to increase competitiveness, national security and identify more benefits from other agencies.
