Emir Culov Vice President Financial Advisor As a member of the financial industry since 1998, Emir has advised and helped his clients to plan their future. While working in wealth management, he developed a background that enables him to help provide customized financial plans that connect cash management, landing and estate funding to customized investment strategies. He has received the HSBC Leadership Club award for outstanding performance in Wealth Management in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010. He was also awarded Advisor of the year for HSBC s upstate New York division in 2007 and 2009. Emir was named 2011 and 2012 FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Managers by Buffalo Spree Magazine. Emir is firmly committed to long term relationships and strives to deliver exceptional service. He listens carefully to client's goals, values, aspirations and concerns and works to help them in achieving their financial objectives. As an alumnus of State University of New York, College at Brockport with a double-major in International Business and Political Science, Emir continued to expand his learning by completing his MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology with a concentration in Finance. He is an avid boating and motorcycling enthusiast. In his words, his family time is best spent traveling, skiing or on the water. Emir lives in East Aurora NY with his wife Amela and their two boys. Amela Culov Vice President Financial Advisor Amela was born and raised in Bosnia where she attended Dental School. She attended Sarajevo University and then transferred to State University of New York where she received her Bachelor degree in International Business and Political Science. She then began her studies in finance at Rochester Institute of Technology and received her Master s in Business Administration. While working at a regional bank, Amela recognized her passion for helping people make the right, well informed, choices so they can be financially independent and seek to create and preserve the legacy they envisioned. Her extensive knowledge and experience in wealth planning, focusing on retirement and estate goals, complements our investment management and allows our group to help provide wealth planning to our clients. Amela was named 2011 FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Managers Buffalo Spree Magazine. She lives in East Aurora with her husband Emir and sons, Mirza and Amar. Amela's hobbies are skiing, traveling, fashion and politics. Rebecca Rex Vice President Financial Advisor Rebecca s experience in the financial industry has spanned over twenty years, beginning in Northern Virginia, where she worked in retirement and wealth management departments in small regional banks to large global institutions. It was during this time that she recognized her keen ability to connect with people in helping them to obtain comfort with all their financial concerns. Alex Hamill Financial Advisor Alex graduated from Penn State University in 2008 with a double major in business and criminal law, he is currently attending Canisius College pursuing his Master s in Business Administration with a focus on finance. Alex believes his experience of business and law gives him a great foundation to work with clients developing an ethical, holistic approach to serving their needs. Alex began his career in the financial industry working throughout multiple areas of an international bank. Alex was highly recognized on serving the investment needs of high net- worth clients and business owners. His experiences allow him to help acquire and provide wealth planning to our clients. Alex lives in Buffalo, NY, where he enjoys spending time with friends and family. His volunteer work includes being a member of the WNY Penn State Alumni Association and The B Team a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting civic pride in the Greater Buffalo Area. Matthew Richards Financial Advisor As a graduate of Mercyhurst University, Matt earned a B.A.A. in Finance and Management as well as competed for a national title with the Men s Soccer Team. In 2007, Matt began his career in the Financial Planning industry, where he developed his skills as a Relationship Manager for high net worth clients. Matt joined Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor in 2012.
