GRASS to present visionary movement solutions at ZOW At the ZOW trade fair, GRASS will be presenting highlights from its visionary portfolio of movement solutions. Demonstrations are to include the double-wall slide systems DWD XP and Nova Pro. Both systems have been part of the company s core portfolio for many years and are continuously adapted to address the requirements of the furniture industry. Since presenting the first double-wall drawer system worldwide in 1989, GRASS has regularly revised and extended the colour finishes, materials and design options. The Nova Pro Classic line, for example, was extended to include the glass version Nova Pro Crystal Classic. The shades white (pure white) and black (night) have recently been added to the colour range. And a new material option has also been developed: an aluminium side panel for all Crystal drawer sides. The innovative and comprehensive hinge system Tiomos will also be showcased on the GRASS stand. Tiomos is an entirely new design, rather than the further development of an existing fitting. Visitors to the ZOW trade fair will be able to see the broad spectrum of Tiomos hinges for all opening angles and materials. In addition to the damped and undamped versions, there are also the Tiomos Impresso hinges for toolfree installation. Another part of the comprehensive range of products to be highlighted at the fair will be the concealed slide system Dynapro for wooden drawers. Dynapro gives the furniture designer complete creative freedom. As the best in class, Dynapro features an integrated, threedimensional adjustment facility. Enhanced comfort is provided by the Page 1
synchronisation mechanism which ensures smooth slide movement with no disturbing noise or resistance, even for loads of up to 60 kg. Product solutions for furniture doors and drawers are not the only thing GRASS has to offer. The manufacturer also has intelligent and comfortable movement systems for corner cabinets which cannot fail to impress. The latest addition to this range is the Quaturis S for standard base cabinets, which is set to be yet another a star player at ZOW. "We are constantly researching and developing product solutions which stand out for their comfort, quality and design. It s our policy to work very closely with our partners and consequently we always have our finger on the pulse where the furniture industry is concerned, reports Thomas Müller, the GRASS Group s director responsible for Technology and Development. The ZOW trade fair provides us with a great platform for sounding out future trends in the furniture sector in a direct dialogue with our customers and for presenting product solutions that address the latest requirements. Visitors to the forthcoming ZOW trade fair in Bad Salzuflen from 6-9 February 2012 can experience the visionary product range from GRASS at first hand in Hall 19, Stand A22.
