The blueprint is the structure for each type of program. Each step in the blueprint is the content you will teach. Here s how these opportunities could work for you: One on one In a one-on-one model, you might get ten clients to pay you $10,000 a year. That's a six figure business. However, the one-on-one model consumes a lot of time. Eventually, you'll have to move to this group model if you want freedom and you want a good lifestyle. Group model You can take those same ten people and put them in a group. If you charge them $10,000 each to be part of the group, you ll make the same $100,000. A group model leverages your time. Workshops and live events Most people believe you need hundreds of people in a room for workshops or live events, but what if you put 25 people in a room? With 25 people in the room, could you make $100,000. Selling information products online When I started building my business online, it took me a couple of years to figure it all out, ultimately I sold over $1.35 million in products and programs online within a 27 day period. Creating the steps and content for your blueprint The steps in your blueprint come from your life lessons. This builds on the work you completed in Module 1. We're going to take all the work you've done on your story, pull the life lessons out and turn them into teaching points and steps in your blueprint. Step Most programs have 5-7 steps, which are lessons you're going to teach. The blueprint is about getting clear on what your steps are. How do you create step #1? What I want you to do right now is to make a list of all the things and life lessons that you're positive you can teach. These are surface-level things that you know you can teach. Example: When I came out of New York Life, I had done sales for ten years so that was an obvious thing for me to teach as Step #1 for my very first blueprint. Let s say I named it the Fast Client Enrollment System., which is what it is and what you're going to learn in the modules coming up is how to enroll clients, right? We name the step, we call it the Fast Client Enrollment Formula. When you name something, you bring it to life. You give it an identity. Problem After I name the step, I need to talk to the problem that I'm solving. A good step and a good program always solves a problem. If it's not solving a problem, it's not sell-able. The problem and the challenge is that most people don't have a system for enrolling clients. They don't know the questions to ask. They don't know how to diffuse objections when they come up, such as time or money or I have to think about it. They also don't stand in their value, stand for their pricing and get paid what they're worth. They let clients off the phone and out of the meeting without challenging them to step up and stand for their own transformation. Rather than getting 10/10 people to say yes, they get 1/10 or 2/10. Solution Now I ve defined the problem, I have to describe the solution: Most people don't have a system. They don't have a twelve question framework. They don't know how to ask questions.

Creating Step #2 This is where you take a life lesson that's a little bit risky, where you might be wondering: "Am I really capable of teaching this?" I don't ever want you to teach anything that you haven't had results and experience with, so I'm not suggesting that. I m suggesting you look more deeply into your life lessons. Example: It didn't take long for me to start getting interested in story. I grew up with a family of story tellers. I listened to stories all the time at the table. I watched movies my whole life. Naturally, I picked up how to tell stories. Story was not obvious for me but when I dug into it, it actually became the foundational piece of my brand. You have a life story to tell, life lessons to teach, and a message to share with humanity. That's Message to Millions. Story became the differentiator and the unique thing in my brand that's really powerful. Let s say you want to teach on a single topic, for example, sales and enrollment. You could have multiple steps to enrollment that you're going to teach and it's one topic that you're teaching. Problem #1, most people don't even know what their life story is. They think, who's going to pay me for my story? Does my story even matter? #2, most people are unconscious to the fact that their life lessons and their program actually comes from their story. They have to actually look at it and design a story and then look at the story and pull lessons out to create a really authentic program. #3, people don't know how to tell a story that's captivating and inspiring. Because they can't tell a story, they don't know how to connect with their clients. They don't know how to attract new clients through the power of story.
