His practice concentrates on litigation and government investigations related to antitrust, regulatory compliance and enforcement, competition, and international trade. Mr. Loeb represents companies in antitrust and other class action litigation, and in disputes over technology. Recent Representations Dow Chemical in a series of class actions alleging price fixing in polyurethanes markets and in connection with Department of Justice investigation. Obtained dismissal of EU and state law claims. Lead counsel for Columbia Gas companies in antitrust, RICO, and state law claims, including putative class action, based on alleged non-compliance with FERC regulatory requirements governing pipeline transit and storage practices.
