ssembly nstructions Step 1 nsert fittings a: ttach hanger rail support M using 12.5mm screw F onto upright. M F M N F N Put shelf supports N into upright where shown. Flip pannel a: b: ttach hanger rail support M using 12.5mm screw F onto upright. Screw twister leg upright. into Note: twister leg as far as shown. Do not over tighten. b: M F Step 2 ttaching panel M M Position large horizontal onto upright. nsert twister cams 8 into large horizontal where shown. Use a screwdriver to turn twister cams clockwise to lock. 8 Locate the 'mating' panel over the Cam Leg. nsert the Cam so the longer 'slot' is pointing towards the Cam Leg. Use a Flat laded Screwdriver to turn Cam clockwise as far as it will go The final 'locked' position will be more than half a turn. 5

ssembly nstructions Step nsert fittings a: nsert expando housings into top 6. a: 6 Flip panel W W b: Carefully knock sliding rail W into top 6 by using a hammer. b: 6 c: nsert twister legs into top 6. c: 6 Repeat b and c for bottom 7. 6

ssembly nstructions Step ttaching panel M M Position top 6 onto upright. nsert twister cam into upright where shown. Usa a screwdriver to turn twister cam clockwise to lock. 8 6 Step 5 ttaching plinths lign the sides of plinth front 12 with bottom 7 as shown and attach using chipboardscrew. Note: there are no predrilled holes for 0mm screw. 7 Repeat with plinth back 1. 12 Step 6 ttaching panel M M Position bottom upright. 7 onto nsert twister cam into upright where shown. Usa a screwdriver to turn twister cam clockwise to lock. 7

N Step 8 ttaching panel Position right side 2 onto top 6 and bottom 7. nsert twister cam into top 6 and bottom 7 where shown. Cabinet MUST be square before back is attached. ttach back 9 and foldy back 10 to back of wardrobe with the coloured surface facing the inside of the unit using nails P and backpanelscrews D. ssembly nstructions Step 12 lign the unit Stand up the unit Use a spirit level to check if the base of this unit is level front-to-back 1, 2 side-to-side and top-to-bottom in the three positions shown. 1 2 Use pegs S to level your unit in all three direction shown. Knock peg S in, as far as you require, under the ends of the unit and then snap off peg flush with the panel. SNP! S 10

ssembly nstructions Step 15 Drilling holes through a: Drill the holes on the back of the mirror slide door 11 through with a 2.5 mm drill bit. GLSS handle with care 2.5 mm a: 11 5 mm b: Turn the mirror slide door 11 over and open out the 2.5 mm holes using a 5 mm drill bit. b: 11 Step 16 Fitting handle to door old hande mouldings T up against front of mirror slide door 11, make sure the ends are flush with one end of the mirror slide door 11. Flush with end of Door T 11 Screw screws into the V groove of the handle moulding T. Tip: start with the end screws, then the centre screw and finally the other screws. Flush with end of Door T 12

ssembly nstructions Step 17 K nsert fittings Stick felts Q onto mirror slide door 11 where shown. nsert Sliding door rollers L in mirror slide door 11 on the side which is flush with the handle mouldings T. nsert sliding door guides on the other end of the K L Q mirror slide door 11. Q L Q 11 Q Q Q K Step 18 Drilling holes through Lay the slide doors as shown and only drill the holes that are shown arrowed on the back of the slide doors through with a 2.5 mm drill bit. Turn the slide door over and open out the 2.5 mm holes using a 5 mm drill bit. Step 19 Fitting handle to door old hande mouldings T up against front of slide door, make sure the ends are flush with one end of the slide door. Screw screws into the V groove of the handle moulding T. Tip: start with the end screws, then the centre screw and finally the other screws. T Flush with end of Door T Flush with end of Door 1

ssembly nstructions Step 20 K nsert fittings K nsert Sliding door rollers L in slide doors on the side of the handle mouldings T on the end which is flush with the handle mouldings T. nsert sliding door roller adjustables J in slide door on the other side, fix them with backpannelscrews D. flush L J J D D This will be the Right and Door K K nsert sliding door guides K on the other end of the slide door. J D D This will be the Left and Door L flush Step 21 Fitting of the doors L To fit the bottom of the Doors J mportant! Double check if the unit is level before fitting the doors. f this is not the case please go back to step 12. This lug fits into the groove in the track This lug fits into the groove in the track To fit the top of the Doors Fit slide doors rear track. Fit mirror slide door 11 into the front track. into the See diagrams for more information about the fitting of the doors. 11 K The switch in the top glides must be in this position prior to fitting the top of the Doors. K When the top of the Door is in position, press the switch to push lug into the groove of the track. Mirrored Door 1

ssembly nstructions Step 22 C nsert fittings Screw expanding dowel into plinth top 1. C C C 1 Step 2 1 ttaching plinth Position the plinth top 1 above the unit and slot expanding dowels C into the expando housing. The top of the plinth top 1 must be flush with the top of the unit. Turn the screws in the expando housings as far as they will go. Step 2 ttaching pelmet 15 Position the pelmet 15 above the unit drilling-holes and turn the screws as far as they will go. 15

ssembly nstructions Step 25 ttaching L-bracket X Position L-racket G onto top 6 as shown, fix by using 15mm screw D. G D 6 Note: there are no pre-drilled holes for 15mm screw D. Use X to fix on the wall, please see last page for more information. X Step 26 ttaching door-stops R Stick 2 door-stops R onto the outside edge of each plain door to act as buffers between the doors and side panels. R R R 16

ssembly nstructions f your doors do not run smoothly Level & square the unit Level & square the unit up: Knock the pegs S in, as far as you require, under the ends of the unit and then snap off flush with the panel. For more detailed information see step 12. SNP! S Raise the door To raise the door, loosen the screws and swivel the glide towards the + arrow. Re-tighten the screws. Lower the door To lower the door, loosen the screws and swivel the glide towards the - arrow. Re-tighten the screws. 17

Guide to - Wall Mounting & Fixings mportant note: f plastic wall plugs are supplied with your product: - these are only suitable for use in masonry walls. f you are in any doubt about the correct wall plugs for your wall, seek professional advice. Failure of the product due to responsibility of the installer. mportant: When drilling into walls always check that there are no hidden wires or pipes etc. Make sure that the screws and wall plugs being used are suitable for supporting your unit. Consult a qualified tradesperson if you are unsure. ints: 1: General rule: lways use a larger screw and wall plug if you are not sure. 2: nsure you use the recommended drill bit to match the wall plug and hole size. : nsure you drill the hole horizontally, do not force the drill or enlarge the hole. : Take extra care when drilling high walls, ceilings and ceramic tiles. nsure wall plugs are inserted beyond the thickness of the ceramic tiles to avoid the tiles splitting or cracking. 5: drilled hole. Types of walls You can use one of the following types of wall plug if your walls are made of brick, breeze block, concrete, stone or wood. No.1 General Purpose wall plug No. Cavity Fixing wall plug No.5 ammer Fixing wall plug Generally aerated blocks should not be used to support heavy loads, use loads, general purpose wall plugs can be used. No.2 Plasterboard wall plug For use with plasterboard partitions or hollow wooden doors. No. Cavity Fixing-eavy Duty wall plug For use with walls stuck with is secure to the retaining wall. No.6 Shield nchor wall plug eavy loads 18 For use when attaching light loads on to plasterboard partitions. Care & Maintenance heavy loads such as shelving, wall cabinets and coat racks. Safety: lways check the fitting and location to ensure your safety in and around the home. For use with heavier loads such as TV & ifi speakers and satelite dishes etc. Fitting: From time to time check the fitting to ensure the wall plugs or screws do not become loose. Revision 0-11/11/09
