Concept Control for monitoring the functions of two identicl 4 V ctutors (current consumption mx. 8 A ech) on Smoke nd Het Vent (SHV) Both ctutors re deenergised instntly if ny of them should fil (when flling below the minimum current consumption). So ctutors will be deenergised in the cse of wire brekge, shortcircuit or response of the overlod cutoff Power supply nd control vi two 8 A ctutor outputs or single 6 A output of Smoke nd Het Exhust Ventiltion System Control Centre (SHEVS Control Centre) or Ventiltion Control Selectble functions: Repetition of cycle (repeted ttempt to strtup in trvelling direction ) Repetition of cycle (repeted ttempt to strtup in trvelling direction ) Followup time (compenstion of possibly risen runtime differences) Soft strtup (supply voltge will not be switched to output t full level directly) Internl sttus indiction for input signls IN o / IN o, trvelling commnds / nd mlfunction s Plstic enclosure, light grey (RAL 7035)! There will be no speed synchronistion of the ctutors while running. Instlltion / Putting into nd out of service / Notes For instlltion of the PAS, put the Control Centre / Control out of service, following the instructions given in the belonging Opertion Mnul. For wiring the PAS, proceed s shown on the ttched terminl digrm. Set up the selectble functions (see section 3). Put the Control Centre / Control into service gin. i PAS will be working only with ctive trvel commnds t both inputs. After brief illumintion of ll indictions, vlid input signls IN o / IN o nd the ctive trvel commnd / will be indicted. i Sttus light s: The sttus light blinks if the PAS switched off the ctutors due to wire brekge, shortcircuit or response of the overlod cutoff. The sttus light flshes if only one input signl is ctive, or input signls for different trvelling directions. The sttus light is continuously lit if there is mlfunction in the current sensors. Contct mintennce service if necessry.! When directly operting the PAS, e.g. by externl ccumultors during instlltion or mintennce work, the PAS must be disconnected from the Control Centre / Control! Prllel Actutor Cutoff Control PAS 3 3 Selectble functions The following functions cn be set using DIP switches (* = fctory setting): Repetition of cycle DIP switch : In position new ttempt to strtup in trvelling direction OPEN will be lunched, if n ctutor switched off during opening (e.g. due to icing). 3 4 5 6 repetition off * 3 4 5 6 repetition on Repetition of cycle DIP switch : In position new ttempt to strtup in trvelling direction CLOSE will be lunched, if n ctutor switched off during closing (e.g. high initil force required when closing n overturn flp). 3 4 5 6 repetition off * 3 4 5 6 repetition on Followup time DIP switches 3 / 4: Any runtime differences will be compensted by the followup feture during closing.
