C onect E nterpris es T erms and C onditions of S ale: 1. P ricing 1.1. Prices may increase without notice, either online or via our pricelist from time to time. General increases and decreases in overall pricing by brand or product will be advised in writing either on our website, mail or email with 14 days notice. 1.2. Errors and Omissions in our pricelist are excluded 1.3. Pricing discussed by phone or email is considered verbal and will not be accepted unless accurate pricing is supplied via official Conect quotation form valid for 30 days. 1.4. Any on going special pricing must be approved by management and mutually signed off by both parties on a special pricing form prior to being implemented and loaded into our system 1.5. Failure to follow this procedure will result in special pricing being invalid. 1.6 Prices exclude GST 1.7 Minimum order spend is $20.00 plus gst 2. Technical Information & S upport 2.1. Information provided by Conect staff members, our website and pricelists is based on information we believe to be correct and reliable. Any information given if provided is to be used as a guide and does not constitute a warranty. 2.2. Purchasers should assess the suitability of the product being purchased for the application prior to ordering the goods. 2.3. Conect maintains no responsibility or liability on advice given regarding manufacturing or production methods used and purchasers should independently determine the appropriate process of their own accord. 3. P ayment of G oods 3.1. Ownership of Goods: 3.1.1. All goods remain the property of Conect Enterprises until such time as they are paid in full. 3.2. Payment Options 3.2.1. Customers without an approved 30 day trading account will be required to pay prior to goods being sent. No goods will be sent without payment if an account has not been approved. Please allow 7 days for processing and ensure all pages are completed and signed in full by the owners/directors of the business. 3.2.2. We accept the following methods of payment: Credit card or EFT is our preferred method of payment. Cash will be accepted at our branch trade counters for customer pick ups or via our local delivery vans. Please advise us at time of order if you would like change. 3.2.3. Credit cards- Are the easiest and more convenient way to do business with Conect. This will allow goods to be sent the most efficiently. 3.2.3.1. We accept Visa & MasterCard only 3.2.4. EFT An official bank notification must be sent prior to goods being sent. It must include the bank name, company or purchaser's name with an official receipt number. The payment must be confirmed and not pending. 3.2.4.1. Customers who choose to pay via EFT and haven t purchased before must wait 3 days for payments to clear prior to goods being sent. 3.2.5. Cheque Payment Cheques will not be accepted as payment unless via prior arrangement with management. If you haven t traded with us previously, credit card and cash are the only methods accepted. 3.3. Trading Terms 3.3.1. Trading Terms are strictly 30 days from the end of the month and are subject to credit approval. Customers who are over these terms can not be guaranteed supply of goods. 3.3.2. Credit Limits do apply and payment may be sought prior to more goods being shipped out if you are over your credit limit. 3.3.3. Your credit limit may be reviewed from time to time and adjusted depending on financial reporting available at the time. 4. R eturn of G oods 4.1. Any errors in delivery by Conect must be reported to customer service with in 7 days of receiving the goods. Any issues after 7 days will not be recognised. 4.2. A request for return or credit must include the date of purchase and either the order confirmation number or invoice number as proof of purchase. 4.3. Any physical returns must be approved by the Customer Service Manager prior to the return. Any goods sent back without approval will be rejected. 4.3.1. Orders for return must be arranged for Collection by Conect and a tracking number issued using an approved Conect freight provider. 4.4. Any goods ordered in error by the customer will incur a restocking fee of 10% - no exceptions. 4.5. Items ordered in especially for the customer that are not a stocked item by Conect can not be returned due to change of mind or circumstance 4.6. Orders that require slitting or cutting to size must be requested in writing by fax or email no cutting sizes will be accepted over the phone. 5. Delivery Times & C osts Conect has one of the most diverse ranges of delivery options in our industry.
