Ogur Senior Vice President Financial Advisor Seth joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 1998* and has 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. Seth is a participant in Morgan Stanley Smith Barney s Family Wealth Director program, a group of 200 advisors, selected from amongst 18,500 peers, as of June 2009, for their extensive knowledge and experience. This is recognition of his commitment and sophisticated approach to helping clients meet complex wealth management requirements.. Seth is also a CERTIFIED FINAN- CIAL PLANNER, a highly recognized designation in our industry, awarded to those who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework and have passed the CFP Certification Examination. Seth s education and experience provide a strong platform for a comprehensive approach to wealth management. Seth is a graduate of Duke University, and currently resides in Manhattan with his wife, Yana, and two children, Zoe & Alex. *Includes years at Smith Barney, affiliates and predecessor firms Ed has been registered in the financial services industry since 1966. Prior to joining Harris Upham, a predecessor firm to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, in 1968, he trained under the tutelage of his father, Saul Edelman, a member of the New York Stock Exchange. Growing up in the industry, Ed came of age reading the ticker tape. His significant experience following the capital markets is a tremendous asset to our team. For many years, Ed was appointed to the Director s Council, recognizing his achievements as one of the firm s top Financial Advisors. Ed was a former New England high school wrestling champion, before pursuing undergraduate studies at Franklin & Marshall. He later attended the NYU School of Commerce. Ed and his wife, Linda, split time between Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Saddle River, NJ, where they dote upon their three granddaughters, Sami, Emmi, and Nikki. Bob entered the securities industry with Merrill Lynch in 1974. He then joined E.F. Hutton, a predecessor firm of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, in 1979. Bob has served in Branch Management and has extensive experience in fixed income securities. After graduating from Otterbein College in Ohio, Bob served our country in Vietnam as a Captain in the US Air Force. He is a motorcycle enthusiast and can often be found enjoying a ride on his Harley Davidson. Bob, his wife Nancy, and Mesa (a goldendoodle), live in East Hills, New York. Amanda G. Motley Portfolio Management Associate Jeremy J. DiLullo Registered Client Service Associate Meghan A. Veljacic Financial Planning Associate Amanda graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2004. Upon graduation, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where she began her career in Wealth Management at Carter, Terry & Company. She joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney* in the Fall of 2007, and transferred to New York in 2009. Amanda joined our team in 2011. She is responsible for portfolio management operations and monitoring, as well as asset manager and mutual fund analysis. A resident of Manhattan and former marathoner, Amanda enjoys volunteering, baking, and exercising. *Includes years at Smith Barney, affiliates, and predecessor firms Jeremy is a Registered Client Service Associate who joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney* in 2006 in Greenwich, Connecticut. During that time, Jeremy gained experience in the operations and management support areas of Wealth Management while working closely with teams of financial advisors. Jeremy joined our team in 2009 and is primarily responsible for marketing, account maintenance, and insurance and analytic support. Jeremy graduated Fordham University in the Bronx, New York, with a degree in Finance. He is an avid sports fan and currently resides in Yonkers, New York. *Includes years at Smith Barney, affiliates, and predecessor firms Meghan is a Registered Associate at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney*, and has been with the firm for 5 years. During this time, she has completed the internal designation of Financial Planning Associate. Individuals with this designation have undergone specialized financial planning training in areas including retirement planning, estate planning, and investment strategies. Meghan is a graduate of Gettysburg College with a degree in Economics and a minor in Political Science. During her college career, she had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. Post graduation, Meghan attended the Swiss Finance Academy s Investment Banking Training Program in Crans- Montana, Switzerland. Meghan provides the team with financial planning support and assists with daily responsibilities of managing and operating a financial planning/investment management practice.
