It is 270 pages long and a lot of great
knowledge of ancient training methods of Shaolin! You will need the training tools as well for some of the Kung Fu training methods and Mr. Thomas also explains very well on using dit da jow for some of the training methods which will be causing trauma to the body but the dit da jow promotes healing to the body and also helps prevent arthritis when it comes to practicing Iron Palm!! I highly recommend this book to anyone that wants to boost there skills to a higher level!!
