Step 1 Assembly instructions Caution: Assemble your stand on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid scratching your stand. Stick nine glass spacers (N) to the bottom frame (H). N (9) 5
Step 2 Attach the bottom frame (H) to the front legs (D and E) using three 1/2" bolts (J) per leg. Make sure that the glass spacers (N) face toward the inside of the stand. J (6) O (1) 6
Step 3 Attach the brace (G) to the front legs (D and E) using three 1/2" bolts (J) per leg. J (6) O (1) 7
Step 4 Attach the top frame (F) to the front legs (D and E) using three 1/2" bolts (J) per leg. Make sure that the tabs on the top frame (F) are closer to the outside of your stand. Tab Tab J (6) O (1) 8
Step 5 Align the back panel (I) with the top frame (F), then attach the back panel to the top frame (F) and bottom frame (H) using four 1-1/2" bolts (Q) and four 7/8" bolt nuts (R). Note: Use one Allen wrench (O) to hold the 7/8" bolt nut (R) while you insert the 1-1/2" bolt (Q). These two edges should be even. Q (4) R (4) O (2) 9
Step 6 Fasten the cable management clips (L) to the rear legs. Use two 5/8" pan head screws (S). L (2) S (2) Phillips screwdriver 10
Step 7 1 Loosen the white plastic screws in the two glass clips (M) until the screws are almost all the way out of the clips. 2 Push the two glass clips (M) into the holes in the back panel (I). Make sure that the beveled edges of the glass clips face up and the plastic screws inside the clips face down. 3 Use a Philips screwdriver to turn the screw inside each glass shelf clip (M) 90 clockwise to lock the clips to the legs. Step 8 Note: The curved edge of the glass shelf should face out. 1 Attach the top glass shelf (A) to the top frame (F) using four 3/8" bolts (K). 2 Stick three glass spacers (N) onto the brace (G). K (4) N (3) O (1) 12
Step 9 Note: The curved edges of the glass shelves should face out. 1 Carefully insert the middle glass shelf (B) into the two glass clips and onto the glass spacers on the brace (G), then tighten the plastic screws in the glass clips with a Phillips screwdriver. 2 Carefully place the bottom glass shelf (C) onto the glass spacers on the bottom frame (H). Step 10 Apply the warning label (P) to the top glass shelf (A) so that the TV will hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram. Note: This is a permanent label intended to last for the life of the product. After you apply the label, do not try to remove it.
