Planning Planning is a key element in any organization. The main and important part of our planning department is that it is capable of implementing that plan and working it out within the span of given time. Planning department which includes MACRO & MICRO charts and various detailed plans which monitors each and every operation of individual part as well as the whole mould.

Shop Floor A clean atmosphere is made and maintained by the employees and evaluated amongst group. The sequence of operations are maintained and balanced at every point of time and micro activity charts are continuously updated to achieve process stability. Job Lifting 7 tons of capacity is made to use in full area of the shop floor hence heavy jobs are easily made possible. Our workshop is equipped with the basic as well as the new age machines. That is from the shaper to the CNC based machines. We run the show round the clock. Our employees are having highly multi skill knowledge and who are capable of doing multiple works at ones absence. All this helps us to maintain a very good feeling of a group within the group and also in the work. We encourage people to use safety equipments at every possible area.

Packaging We supply moulds of caps clousers and container moulds for cosmetics, health care and food containers. Using all sophisticated mould designs like fully automatic, fully Hot runner. Assuring high productivity with minimum cycle time, lesser maintenance. We used high end standard steels to get good and reliable moulds.
Pipe Fitting System We are the pioneer in the field of pipe fittings sector over a decade. We have a separate wing for the pipe fitting moulds and having dedicated man power for designing as well as manufacturing. Our team for PVC fittings having more than 10 years of experience. We are supplying pipe fittings moulds in India and Abroad. We are well versed with all standards using in pipe and fittings throughout the world.
