Mel tlinetm EXTRUDER AND SPRAY We can offer a wide selection of thermoplastic materials. For example MeltLine ESP is developed for city traffic with studded tires and has exceptional wear resistance. We can also offer less advanced materials that have considerably lower wear resistance and allow for annual re-application. Regardless if you are applying with manual screed box, machine, spray in warm or cold climate we have the technology and products. We offer materials with up to 40% intermix glass beads. Our materials are delivered in blocks, meltable 20 kg bags or 500 kg big-bags. Block material is extra fast melting / dust free and practical to handle with no leftover wrapping. MeltLine Night Time Yellow is based on a special preprocessed pigment blend. MeltLine Spray and MeltPaint are thermoplastics for thin application. MeltPaint can be applied down to 0,4 mm (800 gram per square meter)!
