OVERVIEW 3.0 This document is intended to serve as a guide to ensure products have the best advantage highighting the reevant features, aiming to provide customers with as much information whist providing an enjoyabe shopping experience. Pease Note: Renders or other artwork wi not be accepted forms of product imagery. The document wi outine: 1. The specifications that images are required to be in order for them to be shown on our website. 2. OVERVIEW 5.0 The aim of the fresh product imagery is to present food in a way to ensure the customer is abe to ceary see the vibrancy and coours of the product, highighting it s mouth-watering freshness. Vendor_Interna_product photography guide_v1.0

IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS 6.0 IMAGE CHECKLIST A images must conform to the foowing requirements: Must be at east 300dpi. Must be suppied on a square canvas. Must be minimum of 2000x 2000 px. The product in the kmage must measure at east 300 mm aong its ongest edge. Fies must be suppied in any of the foowing formats: tiff, png, or first generation jpeg. If providing a cipping path, pease ensure the path is named Path 1. Coour space must be RGB. Preferred coour profie is Adobe RGB (1998). Image resoution 300+ dpi Coour space RGB Cipping Path Longest edge of product must be a minimum of 300mm. 3550 pixes. Do not appy any sharpening to the image. NAMING CONVENTION REQUIREMENTS 7.0 IMAGE CHECKLIST Image fies must be named according to the foowing: Fies must be named according to the artice number, eg 9933458. IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS - ANGLED SHOTS 3D 8.0 3D SPECIFICATIONS 3D images shoud be photographed according to the foowing specifications: Use an eevated camera ange to expose the top edge of the product. Ensure that the eft corner of the product is aways sitting forward with the vertica edge to maintain a 90 degree upright position. The bottom edge of the product shoud sit on a 4 degree ange to the horizonta. Most products benefit from this ange. It shows the height, width and depth of the product. Jars & cans (ie, round products) shoud be tited forwards to show depth and top of the product. The vertica axis of the product is aigned to the edge of the canvas. Cartons which show branding shoud be tited forward so that either one third of the image contains the top of the id or two thirds of the image contains the top of the id. IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS - ANGLED SHOTS 2D 9.0 2D SPECIFICATIONS 2D images shoud be photographed according to the foowing specifications: Products shoud be photogrpahed from front on to the camera. The depth of the image shoud not be seen. Neither the sides nor top or bottom of the product shoud be visibe in shot. Ensure that the product is centred in the frame with no cropping appied. IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS - QUALITY & TONE REQUIREMENTS 10.0 WHITE & BLACK CONTRAST There must be a medium contrast range setting to ensure that the product does not beed in the dark areas or bow out in the ight areas. IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS - QUALITY & TONE REQUIREMENTS 11.0 LIGHTING & PACKAGING Ensure that your product is free from dust, creases, scuff marks and any imperfections. A points of the photograph must be in focus. Text and branding must be readabe. Lighting shoud present a cear, crisp and descriptive product with cean and defined edges. Highights must be managed to a minimum and not obscure product branding or text in any areas. Light gow from too much back ight or ighting from beow wi not be accepted. Beautifu food that begs to be eaten but most importanty, to focus on the freshness by showing a detai that can ony be seen when you hod produce in your hand, is what our food imagery shoud communicate. REQUIREMENTS - FORMAT & COMPOSITION 16.0 FRESH - NON PACKAGED FRUIT AND VEG A main image shoud be captured for each product and any additiona images shoud highight key aspects of the product, such as a singe piece of fruit. Images are fattened on a web white background. Products are centred in the frame with no cropping appied. Image must try to fi the square space. Arrangement must have an irreguar & interesting shape - not square. Water spritz where appropriate. Shoot from eye eve ooking down into the product. Leaves can be added if reevant for freshness.
