The number of moving parts in a fully functioning digital marketing campaign can be overwhelming. USE THIS CHECKLIST TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVEN T MISSED SOMETHING.

general social Are your social handles consistent on each platform? Can people find your social handles on your website? Do you have consistent branding across all platforms?

facebook Do you have a Facebook Business Page? Is the profile picture on your business page a good representation of your brand? High resolution image Readable/recognizable in a small thumbnail? Does your page have a relevant cover photo? Does the image alone allow someone to identify what you do? Is it the correct dimensions? (1200 x 675 is recommended) Have you filled in the About content? Address Phone Email Website Hours (if applicable) About Impressum Page Category Story Username

facebook Have you liked similar accounts as your business page? Create Facebook Ad Account Create Facebook Conversion Pixel Install Pixel Caffeine Plugin for Wordpress Have you set up a CTA button? Is there a link to your website in your bio? Do you use 20-30 hashtags on each post? Do you tag other accounts when applicable? Do you leave hashtags in the first comment instead of the caption? Do you utilize Instagram stories? Do you respond to comments and DMs? Do you post between 4-7 times a week?

youtube Do you have a cover photo? Do you have an attention grabbing profile picture? Do you have a strong bio? Does it include your website? Does it include links to your other social accounts? Does it tell people what to expect from your videos? Do you use relevant keywords in your video titles? Do you add relevant tags to your video? Do you write strong captions? Do they link to your other social pages/website? Do they link to anything you might have referenced in your video? Is it at least 200 words? Do you have a subscribe button on your videos?

pinterest Is there a link to your website in your bio? Have you created multiple boards with some pins in each one? Have you pinned content from your website? Do you use keywords in your captions?

twitter Do you have a profile picture? Do you have a cover photo with the correct dimensions? (1500x421) Do you follow some similar accounts? Is there a link to your website in your bio? Do you post on a regular basis?

website content Is everything spelled correctly? Have you used proper grammar? Is your site easy to navigate? (Do people outside your organization understand the tabs and nav bar?) Can the content be scanned easily? Have you used good headlines and subheadings? Is your message consistent across all pages? Do you have a contact page?

blog Do your blogs have at least 500-750 words of text per post? Is the content of the posts scannable? Are there clear subheadings? Are you posting 1-4 times per month consistently? Are the blogs addressed to your target audience and their questions/interests? Do the titles of your blogs contain relevant keywords/longtail keywords? Do the titles make people want to read the posts? Is everything spelled correctly? Have you used proper grammar? Are there social media share buttons available for each post? Does each blog end with a clear call to action to tell the reader what step to take next? Are blog posts focused on providing educational information more so than promoting your product? Have you shared your blog post on all relevant social media sites?

blog If comments are enabled, are you responding to comments (and deleting spam)? Does each post link internally (to other pages on your website) AND externally (to sources or resources)? For external links, did you email the owner of that content asking them to link back to your post? Are you alternating evergreen content and time sensitive information, so that not every post becomes irrelevant in the next two months? Have you included an eye-catching feature image or header? Have you promoted the blog post to your email list? Is the metadescription something that will motivate searchers to click the link?

landing pages Does the ad/email/blog post that pointed to the landing page present a question that finds an answer on the landing page? Is there a clear correlation between the headline and what the page asks of readers? Does everything point to one clear call to action? Is the form visible? Is there an offer to motivate visitors to fill out the form?

email Are your emails optimized so that they re easily readable on both desktop and mobile devices? Are your customers receiving your emails from a recognizable from-name? Are your subject lines 30 characters or less? Do your subject lines accurately represent the content within your emails? Is the subject line short, sweet, and to the point? Have you optimized your preview text so that it works with the subject line? Are your emails well-designed and visually pleasing? Have you removed unnecessary adjectives and adverbs from your emails body copy? Do your emails have a sense of urgency to entice the reader to act quickly on the offer? Do your emails highlight the scarcity of the product or service? Are your emails promoting products or services in a way that will solve a customer problem?

email Are there clear call-to-action buttons that will take the reader to desired landing pages? Do the call-to-action buttons use benefit-focused words instead of frictions words? For example, using Get instead of Download Are you consistent with the timing of your emails? Are your email lists segmented depending on where customers are sitting in the marketing funnel? For example, emails should have different messaging for those at the top of the funnel than for those near the bottom of the funnel. Do you have separate emails targeted to different customers depending on where they re sitting in the marketing funnel?

seo Is Google Analytics installed? Is Google Tag Manager installed? Is Google Search Console setup? Have you set up Google My Business? Have you installed Yoast? Is your local listing current? Is your website mobile friendly? Does the site load quickly? Have you performed keyword research? Are your H1, H2, & H3 tags set? Are your title tags and meta tags optimized? Do you have enough copy on the homepage?

paid traffic Are you doing paid traffic (PPC)? Which platforms? Adwords FB Twitter Pinterest LinkedIn Other Do you have an ad spend budget? Are you retargeting? Have you set up a conversion Pixel? Do you have a customer avatar set up? Do you know your audience? Are you putting your ads in front of your audience? Is your ad copy speaking to your audience and their pain points?

paid traffic Are you A/B testing your ads? Did you do keyword research? Are you targeting action keywords and branding key words?
