A Day in the Life... 400 Fairview is designed from the inside out, and from the ground floor up. The active, naturally lit, open-styled street side Hall takes its cues from markets in Europe and local success stories in Seattle. The base isn t just leased; it s curated, so the collection of local tenants works to offer great eating, playing, browsing, or just a place to be with friends. 7:00am- 0:00am :00am - :00pm 3:00pm - 5:00pm 6:00pm - 7:00pm 8:00pm - :00am Office employees begin to arrive to start the work day. The local roaster will be the morning hub providing employees and patrons the enegry needed to tackle the day. The lunch time rush begins and patrons from within the building and the surrounding businesses flood in to try the newest restauranteur who opened in the hall. Shops providing fresh produce, wine, cheese and fresh pasta will win over customers with easy access to specialty ingrediants for a gourmet dinner at home. For those looking to eat out, dining at one of the Hall s restaurants will provide patrons from near and far with a central gathering spot. As the evening continues on, the cocktail bar and brew pub will pump life into the neighborhood while patrons socialize until the late evening hours.
