SAFETY ZONE ONE will now be defined as follows: The border of SAFETY ZONE ONE begins at the intersection of W. Grand Avenue and N. Escondido Boulevard. The border extends north to the intersection with W. El Norte Parkway and includes the 0 through 0 blocks of N. Escondido Boulevard. From N. Escondido Boulevard and W. El Norte Parkway, the border extends east to the intersection with N. Broadway and includes the 00 through 0 blocks of

Broadway. From N. Broadway and E. Lincoln Avenue, the border extends east to the intersection with N. Midway Drive and includes the 0 through 00 blocks of E. Lincoln Avenue. From E. Lincoln Avenue and N. Midway Drive, the border extends south to the intersection with E. Grand Avenue and includes the 00 through 0 blocks of N. Midway Drive. From N. Midway Drive and E. SAFETY ZONE TWO will now be defined as follows: The eastern boundary is the 0 block of south Juniper Street from Grand Avenue to the 0 block of south Juniper Street to Felicita Avenue. The southern boundary will be the 00 block of east Felicita Avenue from Juniper Street to the 00 block of west Felicita Avenue at Redwood Street. The boundary then turns north on Redwood Street from the 0 block of south Redwood Street to the 0 block of south Redwood Street at 1 th Avenue. The boundary then turns west on 1 th Avenue at the 00 block of west 1 th Avenue and continues to the 00 block of west 1 th Avenue. The border then turns north at the 0 block of south Upas Street and runs north to Valley Parkway at what would be the intersection of Upas Street (Upas Street ends in the 0 block of S. Upas Street at Murray Court, and would continue in a straight line to Valley Parkway). At Valley Parkway, the SAFETY ZONE turns east in the 00 block of west Valley Parkway and runs east (where Valley Parkway turns into Grand Avenue at the 00 block) to Juniper Street at the 00 block of east Grand Avenue and extends 0 yards to the outside of each of the boundary streets

No Association With Known Gang Member: Standing, sitting, walking, driving, gathering or appearing, anywhere in public view or any place accessible to the public, with any named Defendant herein or any known member of the WESTSIDE, also known as WSG criminal street gang; b. No Intimidation: Confronting, intimidating, annoying, harassing, threatening, challenging, provoking, assaulting, or battering any person known to be a witness to or victim of crime, or any person known to have complained about the gang activities of the WESTSIDE, also known as WSG criminal street gang; c. Stay Away From Drugs In Public: (1) Participating in the selling, possessing or using of any controlled substance, or illegal drug, including, but not limited to: heroin, cocaine, cocaine base, methamphetamine, and marijuana; () possession of related drug paraphernalia, including, but not limited to, rolling papers, pipes, or other devices used for injecting, smoking or ingesting illegal drugs; () knowingly remaining in the presence or anyone selling, possessing, or using any controlled substance or illegal drug; or () being under the influence of a controlled substance, or illegal drug; d. Stay Away From Alcohol In Public: Anywhere in public view or anyplace accessible to the public, (1) drinking or possessing an open container of an alcoholic beverage, () being under the influence of alcohol; () knowingly remaining in the presence of anyone possessing an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public; () knowingly remaining in the presence of an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public; e. No Guns or Dangerous Weapons: Anywhere in public view or anyplace accessible to the public, (1) possessing any weapons: firearms, including BB guns, airsoft guns, pellet guns and replica guns, ammunition, knives, baseball bats, brass knuckles, or screwdrivers, without a legitimate purpose, or illegal weapon as defined in Penal Code section 0, () knowingly remaining in the presence of anyone who is in possession of such gun,

No Fighting: Engaging in fighting in public streets, alleys and/or public and private property; g. No Trespassing: Being present on any property not open to the general public, except with (1) the prior written consent of the owner, owner s agent, or the person in lawful possession of the property, or () in the presence of and with the voluntary consent of the owner, the owner s agent, or the person in lawful possession of the property; h. No Blocking Free Passage: Blocking the free passage of any person or vehicle on any street, walkway, sidewalk, driveway, alleyway, or other area of public passage; i. No Graffiti/Vandalism or Tools: (1) Spray painting, marking with marker pens, or otherwise applying graffiti on any public or private property, or () possessing spray paint cans, marker pens or other objects capable of defacing property; j. No Acting as Lookouts: Acting as a lookout, whistling, yelling or otherwise signaling another person to warn of the approach or presence of law enforcement officers; k. No Gang Hand Signs: Using words, phrases, physical gestures, or symbols commonly known as hand signs, which describe or refer to the gangs known as WESTSIDE, also known as WSG, such as: forming the letter W with one hand by crossing the ring finger and the middle finger while separating the index and the last finger or by using two hands by touching the tips of both thumbs and extending the index fingers at an angle, or touching the tips of the index fingers together while extending the thumbs. Two people can form the W by grasping there hands while extending the opposite hand. The S is made by cupping both hands as if making the letter C then placing the right hand on top of the left hand. Placing the index finger under the middle finger and separating the two while extending the thumb in a downward position also makes the S. Varrio Westside is symbolic by making a V while separating two fingers with one hand and making a W with the other hand. l. No Gang Clothes: Wearing clothing or accessories, including, but not limited to, caps and belt buckles with the letter W on them. No Burglary Tools: Possessing burglary tools with no legitimate purpose, including, but not limited to screwdrivers, shaved keys, spark plugs or porcelain casings, or other devices capable of being used to break into locked vehicles; n.
