ASSEMBLY 1. Remove all protective material carefully. Avoid cutting the surface of the furniture while removing the packaging material. Remove the flat washers (E), lock washers (F) and nuts (G) from the table top (A) and table legs (B) 2. Carefully turn the table top (A) upside down on a non-abrasive flat surface. Align the holes in table legs (B) with the holes in the table top (A), loosely secure table legs (B) to table top (A) use bolts (D) flat washers (E), lock washers (F) and nuts (G), see illustration below. Do not tighten nuts and bolts completely at this point. 3. From the inside of the leg connector panel (C1&C2), loosely attach the leg connector panel (C1&C2) to the table legs (B) whit the bolts (J) through flat washers (E), lock washers (F) and nuts (G),see illustration below. Do not tighten nuts and bolts completely at this point. 4. Check the alignment of all table legs (B), and adjust if necessary. Once the alignment is correct and all bolts & nuts are in place,securely tighten all nuts (G) using wrench (I). Cover all nuts (G) with nut covers (H). With the help of another person, carefully turn the table to the upright position. Put the umbrella hole cap (K) in the center hole. The table is ready for your enjoyment. K A J E F G H C1 C2 B
CARE & MAINTENANCE Clean furniture frame with wet towel using mild soap and water solution. Dry completely with soft towel. Clean cushions and sling seat material with a mild solution of soap and water and hang cushions to drip dry completely. Store them in a clean dry area of your home. Do not machine wash or dry. Do not use bleach or strong solvents to clean any of your patio furniture. It will harm both fabrics and metal finishes. Caution should be used when using oils, lotions and other chemicals such as chlorine or repeated exposure to extreme weather conditions (including heat), which may cause permanent discoloration to the fabric. To maintain and protect the furniture, always cover it with an outdoor furniture cover or store in a safe area when not in use for long periods of time. 10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY General Residential Warranty We warranty all our residential use furniture for 10 years. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser. If your Veranda Classics frame fails structurally during normal usage (other than damage as a result of dropping or breaking a cast part other than a weld is not covered under this warranty) or if the finish peels, cracks or blisters within 2 years, we will repair, refinish or replace the frame at manufacturer's discretion (with same or similar product if discontinued) without charge. Due to the unique nature of hand-applied finishes the color of a replacement item(s) may not match exactly. Parts and labor are included. General Commercial Warranty We warranty all our commercial use frames for 1 year from the date of purchase. Commercial use is defined as use in any public area. Stains as a result of chemical spills and certain food items are not covered. Fabrics (if applicable) Sunbrella fabric warranty: Sunbrella provides a five (5) year limited warranty on fabrics. The Sunbrella fabrics used on our outdoor furniture are warranted to the original purchaser, protecting against Sunbrella fabrics becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals. This warranty covers Sunbrella fabric only. This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation. Sunbrella s liability is expressly limited to this warranty. Sunbrella reserves the right to inspect the fabric submitted for claim. Proof of purchase will be required. Sunbrella will supply new equivalent fabric to replace the fabric that becomes unserviceable. Remove all protective material carefully. Avoid cutting the surface of the furniture while removing the packaging material. Place the chair seat (A) on a non-abrasive flat surface. Align the holes on the support bar on the underside of the chair seat with the holes on the spring plates attached to the t-rocker that is pre-attached to the chair base (B). Make sure the arrow labels on the rocker mechanism and chair support bar are facing the same direction towards the front of the chair. The support bar and spring plate should be sandwiched in between the C-Clamp Alum plates (D). Insert bolts (C) through the C-Clamp Alum plates (D), support bar and spring plate. as showed in the diagram. Secure bolts with flat washers (E), lock washers (F) and nuts (G). Warning: Improper assembly may result in serious personal injury. Once all the nuts and bolts are in place, securely tighten all the bolts (C) and nuts (G), including the ones at the front part on the rocker mechanism with the wrench (I). Cover all nuts with bolt caps (H), Place the cushion (J) on the rocking club chair. Test the swivel rocker gently. If the rocker does not rock properly, double check the assembly procedure.
