When device is transmitted it sends out Radio Frequency (RF) signal. FCC Radio Frequency Exposure This Bluetooth device has been evaluated under FCC Bulletin OET 65C and found compliant to the requirements as set forth in CFR 47 Sections 2.1091, 2.1093, and 15.247(b)(4) addressing RF Exposure from radio frequency devices. The radiation output power of this Bluetooth device is far below the FCC radio frequency exposure limits. Nevertheless, this device shall be used in such a manner that the potential for human contact during normal operation as a mobile or portable device but use in a body-worn way is strictly prohibit. System requirements Before installing the PEGATRON WIFI module, make sure that your system meets the following requirements: Intel Pentium 4 or AMD K7/K8 system Minimum 64MB system memory Windows XP/VISTA operating system An available USB port (USB 2.0 recommended because USB 1.1 cannot achieve maximum wireless performance) Installing the device drivers To install the device driver in your computer: Insert the support CD to the optical drive and follow the following procedure. Canadian Department of Communications This digital apparatus does not exceed the Class B limits for radio noise emissions from digital apparatus set out in the Radio Interference Regulations of the Canadian Department of Communications. End product labeling This transmitter module is authorized only for use in device where the antenna may be installed such that 20cm may be maintained between the antenna and users. The final end product must be labeled in a visible area with the following: Contains TX FCC ID: VUIUPWL6024. Manual information that must be included The OEM integrator has to be aware not to provide information to the end user regarding how to install or remove this RF module in the users manual of the end

product which integrate this module. The users manual for OEM integrators must include the following information in a prominent location IMPORTANT NOTE: To comply with FCC RF exposure compliance requirements, the antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20sm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
