Individual picture of child labeled with name of child 9. School gym T-Shirt 10. Nutritional snack/lunch. No creamed-filled or chocolate cookies, candies. PLEASE DO NOT SEND: 1. Two rulers with metric/ inches (one 6 inch and one 12 inch) 9. Large pencil case with zipper (please, no box-type cases) 10. Homework pad - steno pad (no small note pads - too easily lost) 11. Colored pencils 12. Book covers for hard covered books(heavy paper, stretch cloth covers, wall paper) No contact paper on hard covered textbooks 13, Two packs of 3X5 index cards 14. Nine (9) folders with pockets (vinyl last longer) labeled Homework, Classwork, Music, Art, Social Studies, Science, Reading, Computer, Math 7. One(1) scissors (blunt metal blades) 8. One(1) scotch tape - the type you can write on in a sturdy dispenser 9. Two rulers with metric/inches (one 6 inch and one 12 inch with cm) 10. One (1) eraser 11. One(1) steno pad for assignments 12.Book covers. (Heavy paper, wallpaper, stretch cloth book covers) No contact paper on school textbooks) 13. Two large pencil cases with zippers, 1 for pencils and colored pencils and one for crayons. 14. One pack of loose leaf paper wide rule (at least 100 sheets) 15. One green pen 16. SUPPLY LIST FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL 6 TH, 7 TH AND 8 TH GRADES EVERYTHING MUST BE LABELED WITH STUDENT'S NAME ALL BOOKS MUST BE COVERED 1. One 3-inch binder with 10 section dividers or Two 2-inch binders with 5 section dividers or 9 Spiral Notebooks. Each section/notebook should contain at least 25 sheets of paper. Section dividers or Notebooks should be labeled as follows: Spelling, Language Arts, Reading, Writing, (group these four together in binder) Science, Math, Bible, Social Studies, and Spanish. 2. 9 pocket folders with holes to fit in binder (labeled the same as above) 3. 4 pocket folders without holes for Specials (Computer, Music, Gym, Art) 4. Two Spiral notebooks with at least 200 pages of graph paper for math. (Perforated type) 5. Three boxes of pencils with twelve #2 pencils in each 6. Three packs of pens black and blue ballpoint only 7. One box of colored pencils 8. One box of thin point colored markers - no permanent markers 9. One ruler centimeters, millimeters (metric) and inches 10. One pair of student scissors no point 11. One box of tissues (for the class) 12. Pencil case with holes for binder 13. Two glue sticks 14. Most of the TV, advertisements, videos, movies and music have a negative impact on our children. To maintain a positive standard, we (such as: book bags, lunch boxes, knapsacks, folders, pencils, erasers, etc.) which have pictures or designs depicting violent characters, scenes or symbols of movie, video or example: Power Rangers, X-Men, Batman, the Simpsons, Goosebumps, Harry Potter, WWF, Zodiac symbols, Pokemon, SpongeBob, and similar characters, and secular entertainers.
